10/10 customer service provided by this incredible team. Thankful for the ride to and from the pier right on time for both departure and arrival. So happy with the constant assistance and help. It was a long journey to get to Koh Lanta and we were thankful to help with arrangements for food delivery 10/10 beautiful location and villa , right across from Khlong Khlong beach which we had the beach all to ourselves! 10/10 fresh fruit plate daily!! Yum! Do not be afraid to come during rainy season!! It was BEAUTIFUL here!! 10/10 help with random things ? We were so sun burnt and I asked if there was aloe Vera in the villa .. staff brought us freshly cut aloe Vera! Helped so much THANK YOU! Overall very happy with the stay here!!

We really enjoyed this fantastic villa, after the hustle and bustle of Phuket, to find something so peaceful and tranquil was a blessing . The kids really enjoyed visits by the monkeys, at different times of the day. Don’t leave any food out. 😂 A highlight was the cooking classes by Yan , he showed my 14-year-old son had to make some traditional Thai dishes, and I’ve got to say the food was exceptionally cooked and some of the best food we had in Thailand over the 16 day visit . Fresh fruit and water delivered every morning and got to say the staff were all very friendly and welcoming

Mosquitoes were definitely a downside of this holiday and the location, but it is nature after all. Make sure you use as much repellent as possible. All 5 of us got bitten alive but I did see other people staying on site with no bites And the Hill leading up to the villa with a pain after a few beers, but the hotel provided a courtesy bus. You just had to WhatsApp and Wait , which was very much appreciated.

Alanta Villas is the most wonderful place to stay. Everything is catered to what you want most on a vacation. They are so responsive on WhatsApp for food delivery, massage, motorbike rental, transfers and more. Wi-Fi and streaming services are great and the privacy of having your own pool is amazing. It’s like having your own villa with the services of a hotel. everything is reasonably priced and the location is perfect for beach and restaurants. thank you for a great stay.

we do have to warn people about the mosquitoes. there’s nothing much the hotel can do but they helped a lot with sprays and burners. just bring a high deet with you and you’ll be ok.

Lovely helpful staff who went above and beyond to help. Also provided a birthday cake and decorated the villa for my daughter's birthday which made it special. Fresh fruit daily.

The open air bathrooms were lovely and clean but we would have felt safer if they were enclosed due to the monkeys getting in and stealing our shampoo and soap.

I loved that I was able to text a food, drink or massage order and have it delivered within 30 minutes. The villa felt like Bali! Was perfect! The monkey’s honestly were not a problem at all! Not sure why everyone else is complaining. They took food from our bin’s when we weren’t there and when we were there all we had to do was pick the sling shot up and they’d leave straight away! They were not aggressive and they wouldn’t come close. They were quite entertaining to watch and I honestly wish we saw them a bit more. Atlanta villa also organised a scooter for myself and my partner to ride. It was cheap and best part was we didn’t have to hand our passports over etc. Everything was done for us! -if you are wanting to hire a scooter in high season I do suggest messaging the villa prior as they can have it organised for you before you get there, that way you won’t miss out as we were told the bikes on the island can all go. In saying this I do highly suggest getting a bike as the hill walking to the villa is steep and I’m lazy! There are many cafe’s and places to eat near by, 711 within walking distance and so is a money exchange. Thanks a lot!

We loved everything about the property. The villas were home from home with beautiful pools just stunning very comfortable and clean. We had to remember to go out as you could just stay there forever. So tranquil and relaxing and we felt so safe and looked after and comfortable. Then there was the staff. Best place I have ever stayed. The staff are what make this is even more amazing. They cannot do enough for you. Always so helpful and kind and you just know they really want you to enjoy your holiday. You what’s app them with anything you need and they reply immediately. Best staff at any resort I’ve ever visited just beautiful people and you feel like part of a family there. Can’t thank them and rate them enough! We cannot wait to return and I’d go to Thailand just to stay at this villa again. It really is a magical holiday.

Nothing we don’t like!

I like that the villa is located in a slight secluded hill near the beachside. It is quite far from the busier area of khlong dao beach. However there are lots of transportation available for rent provided by the villa. You can hire massage services provided by the villa or just walk downhill from the villa to nearby surrounding shops. This is my 3rd in koh lanta and 2nd time staying at alanta pool villa. My kids love the private pool soo much. The staffs are so attentive, they responds to every problems swiftly. The cleaning was even done daily. If you like to cook, the kitchen appliances are quite complete. Only no oven available but that is not a problem to me. I enjoyed the espresso maker immensely. They replenished the fruit platter and coffee capsule daily. So far, my family and i love everything about alanta pool villa and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you.

The monkeys from nearby forest that keep coming to steal our food. However the villa does provide slingshot with some wooden pellets to scare the monkeys but my husband think the villa need to prepare more pellets.

Atlanta Villa is a special place. It was the best customer service my family have ever experienced and we are well travelled. The villas are comfortable, the staff are exceptionally good at their job. Cleaning and gardening staff are a delight. This hotel / villas are definitely value for money and you won’t be disappointed. It is suitable for family and couples. Privacy is respected, food delivery delicious and great value. It is well located near beach and within easy access to the best beaches on the island. The staff go above and beyond to serve their clients. Big shout out to Twan who is a complete legend and possibly wasted in his role - he should probably be a super star … or will become one soon ! The manager is a credit to the establishment and the dogs ( fondue and ? Cant recall your name) are a gorgeous addition. If you have the joy of staying here - do go to the National Park, try horse riding at Pirates ( amazing!!) and dine at the Pimalai for a bit of luxury. Car hire is a good idea and easily facilitated by the team. Koh Lanta is a wonderful island and probably our favourite in Thailand as it hasn’t been overwhelmed with tourism yet. Great for families, but also offers the potential for great partying should that be your bag.

There is nothing wrong with the venue, but like other customers have mentioned in their reviews, be mindful that mosquitoes are hungry - bring your DEET and use it day & night. Monkeys co habit here and this may be an issue for some customers. They are wild animals who have become accustomed to invading cupboards and bins . As long as you adhere to hotel advice, and do not encroach on their space, it shouldn’t be a problem. That said, they are very present and may make some people feel uncomfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful in managing these issues.

The villa offers a great value of privacy and luxury. It's located 5 minutes walk from the beach and even less to the closest restaurants and stores. The beds are comfortable and the private pool is just enough to cool you down in clean water. The staff was very helpful and fair. They helped us organizing food, transport and trip. Always keen to assist.

There are signs of wear in the villa, it doesn't look brand new, but the standard is still high, no objections.

We loved our time in Alanta pool villa. Our visit started off seamlessly being collected from the port and taken to our villa. We checked in straight away despite arriving at 10am which was before the normal check in time. The villa was clean and exceeded our expectations. It felt incredibly private/secure and had a lovely swimming pool (with a duck rubber ring). The rooms were a good size and very well air conditioned. The toilet and shower are outside which was an interesting experience at first but it was kept very clean and not a problem once you got used to it - if anything it added to the experience. The living area was big and great for our group. It had a TV (with Netflix/Spotify etc) and good kitchen facilities. During our stay the staff came in to clean. They did this very quickly as not to disturb us and to a high standard. We also had our clothes washed for a reasonable price and speedy service. The staff warned us of potential monkey visitors and mosquitos (of which there were a lot!) but the villa was well equipped with mosquito spray and repellent burners and the monkeys, although they did raid the bins one night and they can take you by surprise, they were harmless and added a great deal of excitement to the stay. The main highlight of our trip was having dinner cooked by Kwan which was no doubt the best Thai food we have experience in our whole 4 week trip. The food was fresh and of high standard. Kwan came to speak with us ahead of the meal to discuss menu options and also cooked for two of our friends who weren’t staying with us. Kwan was incredibly attentive and always on hand should we have any questions, with very fast responses on WhatsApp throughout the whole stay. We wish we had stayed longer at this lovely villa and really enjoyed it!
