- we stayed in Deluxe room and have seen, that the doors has a mini hole, so the little lizard was in our room =) It was cute, but little unexpected and we have brought him outside. Maybe you can make the doors more safe. -the breakfast menu was a bit limited. There are only 6 dishes. If you have booked a room with a breakfast you can choose one dish for free. If you want to eat more than one dish, f.e. fruit Salad or Joghurt, you need to pay extra. - only black tea ans no fresh pressed juice.

The location was amazing. Had a sea view room and the view couldn’t be faulted. It’s a perfect beach and the hotel was quiet and friendly. The staff were lovely but in particular Mr Min in the restaurant who had a natural warm demeanor and was very attentive. He is a credit to the hotel. The pool was good and the rooms we good quality. The breakfast was good although the children didn’t seem to enjoy that much.

Nothing really. Perhaps the restaurant is a bit quiet at night and over priced compared to other places we have stayed.

Room was good although pictures made rooms look bigger. Staff fantastic always that Thai Smile. Lovely beach cleanest I've been to. Had to share with 300 other tourists and locals on weekends. The Restaurant was great the food always fresh. Lots of massage spots and other Restaurants on the beach too. Would recommend this resort.

Buy some insect spray, lots of flies and little midgees. Plenty of good sunscreen. About 10 minutes out of Lamai, taxi truck ride about $8 each way. Lots of bars in town.

Excellent location right on the beach, near to some excellent restaurants as well. The staff was very helpful for check in and organised a transfer for a very reasonable price. The beach and the nice view was the highlight, something to enjoy over a nice drink at the bar! If you are after snacks or something else to drink there is also a 7/12 a few minutes away! The breakfast was good but a bit mixed with absolutely perfect scrambled eggs but other parts less so it is a menu based breakfast with some limited variety. The room was good, with a nice bed, although my partner found it a bit too hard but I liked it quite a bit. The bathroom was a bit mixed with a electronic heated shower that worked a bit on and off so long warm showers was a bit tricky... Highly recommend the massage! With a super good price and superb ambiance from the waves rolling in! Overall I would recommend staying at Crystal Bay, a great value relaxing experience!

The shower was a bit of a let down but in the heat we weren't after that many hot showers anyway! Another thing was the sundeck that is covered in shade throughout the day, for us after a tan we found ourselves laying on the beach instead, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for you!

The property is so nice! We stayed in the deluxe queen suite and we thought it was stunning. The white interior makes it look so sleek and clean. The pool is 24 hours which is great if you fancy a late night swim. There are options for massages on the resort and the beach is stunning also. The restaurant is lovely, some nice options for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The beds are soooo comfortable as well, best beds we’ve slept in so far. The staff are SUPER friendly, they made us feel so welcomed. The staff working at the restaurant and bar are so kind and super polite. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The beachfront location. The service provided by the manager. I showed him some issues in the bathroom (shower head sprayed out on to the floor and was fixed a foot lower than my head (i'm tall). he understood. when we came back from a day out, they had installed a brand new head with adjustable height rail - perfect. The waiter staff at breakfast were really excellent, especially Min. The food was a good standard. The cleaning staff were friendly and responsive.

This was a great choice for our Samui experience. The location is incredible - honestly the best beach in Samui for chilling. It seems especially good for families. We had a room with a sea view which exceeded our expectations (you can actually see the sea & hear it from the bed <3). In addition to the fantastic beach, you can also enjoy a decent pool and the terrace. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Excellent wifi everywhere and parking is available. You also get a 10% discount at a nearby beachfront restaurant. Bonus points for the cute pets roaming around.

The room felt a bit worn down, but nothing too bad. We experienced some bad sewage smells, but the staff found an intermediary solution (I do hope this will be fixed in the future - it's a real shame). The pool could be cleaned more often. Also, the breakfast comes at an additional charge, and it's nothing too impressive. Some nearby restaurants and cafes offer better options.

We were really happy with our room facing the ocean and beautiful rock formation of Crystal Bay, arguably the most beautiful beach of the island. Very comfortable bed, nice seating corner inside and outside, and good massage/ manicure facilities with views on the beach. Staff clean the rooms and towels every day to avoid sand everywhere.

The bathroom is a bit outdated and there’s low water pressure on the shower, but not really an issue with the ocean in front of your door.

It's right next to the beach and the room is quite big. There were free toiletries and sun beds in front of the property overlooking the beach, which is great. Breakfast is available at the restaurant.

We got a room on the ground floor right next to the staff room so we were woken up in the morning by cleaners getting their supplies, speaking on the walkie talkie and moving stuff around. Also the ground floor is sort of a lower ground floor so not much light in the room.
