Lovely beach location. Man on reception was so helpful and managed to sort out a mistake with our booking he works so hard. Great food in beachfront restaurant lovely sunsets.

The resort is in need of some updates. Many broken sunbeds on the beach. Piles of wood everywhere. Painting needed. Bins overflowing. It would take no time to sort this out as the resort is lovely

The host upgraded us to Superior room when our air con wasn’t quite cool enough. The location was superb. Right next to the beach. We had a 5 min walk along the gorgeous beach to get into the “night life”. Fire dancers, etc to entertain and gorgeous places to eat sitting on the beach. The island boat trip (eg Oxygen) is great value for money. We saw so much whilst snorkelling and swam with turtles.

The resort felt a bit tired and in need of painting BUT it was kept clean and the daily maid service was excellent. We loved it.

This is one of the very best places we been to in Thailand! It's so beautiful, so quite, the staff is so nice. It's on the north end of Sairee beach, the nicest spot. Everything was perfect, we really felt in love and are soon going back again. We had a Sailor Cottage, there was everything we needed, the bed was hard but they gave us a extra madras. The ac was perfect! And a large fan on the ceiling. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast buffe was good and just 200 bath. We took a lot of our meals at the resort, the other places down to south had too noisy music. Very tasty food for little money! Free shuttle service from and to the pier, they even helped us with our large bags on the pier.

The floor in our room was a bit week in some spots, but no problem for us.

The location is perfect, Right on the beach front. Just a little swim off the shore there is a large coral with many types of fish. The staff at the hotel was amazing any help I needed they was always able to help with a q quick response. They also have a greta on site driving team, I did 2 dives with them with a diver called David. Over all great value for money and would decently come back.

I would like a fridge in the room, even a small one to keep drinks cold.

We were worried because of some bad reviews regarding the cleanliness of the room. But luckily, we risked that and our stay was amazing and rooms were nice and clean! It was probably the best deal we had throughout our 3 weeks long vacation in Thailand. Resort is at the end of Sairee beach, means it’s away from parties and noise, but still in walking distance. Resort is basically at the beach, we had our own charming bungalow, comfy bed, big bathroom. Also, the buffet breakfast was included and free transfer to the port. Who wants to do scuba diving course, you just have to book it at the reception and there’s a pool for practicing right in the middle of the resort. To sum up, I totally recommend! We had a great time and it was really a bargain.

I liked this place much better than the much more expensive Sai Daeng Resort next door. I stayed and both and can say the cheaper one was just as nice and gave access to the Sai Daeng beach and both restaurants.

It was fairly expensive to take a taxi to and from Sairee Beach, although the shuttle price was very fair for island rates.

the location is excellent, right on the beach and a bit further from the crowded center of Sairee beach. Bungalows are primitive but comfortable with all amenities required: quiet aircon, fridge, teapot, hair dryer, etc. And quite spacious. Good food in the restaurant and a great diving team.

Bathroom was a bit smelly.

Perfect place. It is located directly on Sairee Beach and has a little beach bar-restaurant out front. The room we had was newly refurnished with a very comfy super kingsize bed. Good aircon and a view out over the pool and sea. Beach is sandy and shallow for a long way out, which is good for families with little children. Mopeds can be hired to explore the island. But it is inly a 5 minute walk to town by the road or via the beach

All good no complaints

Location is nice. Close to the beach and have their own restaurant as well as pool. No need to go to the crowded place to find food! That is if you want quite and solemn. Staff were very accomodating and friendly! And hey! They have free taxi to pick you up from and to the pier! Very nice! Scuba instructor (Brian) was very nice and professional 😊 learned a lot from him! Thinking of doing a longer classes for scuba hopefully!

The friendliest staff that serviced the rooms daily providing complimentary coffee, tea, and water, best location in Koh Tao, great pool and good restaurant, and a lot of effort to keep the beach and bungalow areas maintained every day!

There are some repairs as expected after the Covid shutdown that management appears to be actively addressing and prioritizing.
