We stayed there for 4 nights: it was fully booked, the room was cleaned everyday, the owner and the staff was really nice and gave as very helpful tips. You can book everything at the reception: different kind of tours, book a taxi, rent a scooter, laundry was done within 3 hours, recommendation for food, etc. The hotel is in a good location for tours like Phi Phi island, Railay Bay but also tours to the countryside like the tiger cave temple. The breakfast was also very nice with fruits, fresh pressed juice, pancakes, sticky rice, etc. Krabi town is reached by food in 15 minutes of walk where you can find several markets with delicious food. We had a really good stay and liked the friendliness of the people there. Thank you very much. :)

The beds were comfy and a good size. We were able to check in early as we got off the ferry which was really handy. They were very helpful and called us a taxi and offered assistance when needed. Location was good only a 20 minute walk to the markets. Bathroom was a good size but we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper, and when you have kids this isn't ideal.

No pool to swim which would have been good with how hot it is. Sheets had stains on them. The PowerPoint is on the bed head but due to positioning (behind right persons head) made it difficult to charge things overnight. There is another port near the TV. We couldn't watch the TV as it was all in thai and they don't offer Netflix which wasn't great.

Prior to the stay at sita, I spent a week in a beachside resort where they are part of Small Luxury Hotels Collection. 1 night cost 16x of a night at Sita. Well, the bed at Sita was way better than theirs. I really like the no frills room, it was really quiet, bed is super comfortable [I prefer a firm bed, no cushiony top], toilet is clean and big. Staff is nice and polite. Note that there isn't a hairdryer in the room, you have to borrow from reception. I think they've had too many low life customers before. Also, you have a sign a form to swear that you won't be eating mangosteens... [the purple skin stains]. See what I mean by previous guests ruining things? There are eateries just a short walk away on the main road, I recommend that you NOT take the breakfast from Sita, and just walk out to the Dim Sum place that's just 200m away. Super fresh, delicious and enthusiastic owner. Although I did spend 555 baht on a full table of food. I would totally stay at Sita again. For those of you who say it is far from town... I assume you know how to read maps and check before booking. It is walkable, but by no means near.

One word - EVERYTHING !!! I reach the hotel after 9+pm and the check-in was made very easy and quick. The staff's warm welcome made it even more pleasant. Requested for high floor and they upgraded the room to a superior room ahead of time. Requested soft pillows and they provided me with 4 pillows - the bed and pillows were so comfortable and nice. The room was squeaky clean and can say fairly new. The breakfast was A la Carte and a mini buffet. So, the main food came hot and freshly made. Simply fantastic. Free flow of dessert, fruits and drinks. What else to ask for ..... hot food for bfast ..... wonderful Walking distance to Lotus. The room and bathroom lighting were bright - my daughter loved it was easy for her makeup.

TV channels were limited and no English channel option. Window view to a neighbor land and nothing interesting. Not really near to any night market or beach.

Nice spacious room, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, good aircon and nice shower Location is good, if you have a bike or a car. Parking avaliable, shops near by.

Non-black out blinds in the windows mean you're awake early. Additionally the hotel only has 6 beach towels for the whole hotel- unfortunately that's not enough. There was a sizeable gap under the room door, meaning it was not soundproof.

The staff made me feel at home. I felt like the manager was my aunty who took care of me. They helped arrange an awesome tour to Phi Phi Island. The continental breakfast was a gracious amount.

I didn't have an issue with the property being 20kms away from the sea where the clubs and pubs were. I usually avoid those places. I wanted somewhere quiet. The rooftop has an amazing view of limestone hills. So it depends what travelers are looking for. I loved the location and the room.

The staff were fantastic. Nice touch to order breakfast the day before which was also lovely. Nice and clean.

The property is about a 25 minute walk to Krabi Town and quite a bit out the way for tours to the islands (not the hotels problem, we probably should have done more research but heads up to anyone who is planning them). Limited English channels if you fancy unwinding before bed etc. Shower was always cold and there was no kettle - these aren’t big deals for us but wanted to highlight for people.

The location is pretty good. While there are not a lot of restaurants nearby, those that were open were quite good. The staff were very helpful in suggesting places to eat, where we could enjoy the local food. We were also upgraded at no cost, which made our stay an exceptional value. It was an outstanding value and we would be happy to stay there again.

Not much to complain about. Perhaps a near-by coffee shop that opened early would have been nice, but the free coffee from the hotel was fine.

Personell was fantastic, facilities good. Nothing but positives when it comes to the hotel.

-Location requires a car or motorbike. -Aggressive packs or wild dogs in the area making it a gamble to walk the streets during night time. -Access to a pool would be nice since there are no Beach nearby.

Rooms are comfortable, big and clean. Staff is super nice. Breakfast is delicious and complete. Next door there's a good restaurant that saved us with dinner a couple of times. There's a night market 25mins walking from the hotel.

Location was far from the beach, bars and restaurants in Krabi, had to order a car each time we went out.
