The airport shuttle was organized and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and the staff was professional and courteous. we arrived after dark and left before sunrise but the property appeared very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and we got an excellent sleep before our flight home.

The air con is connected to the lights which require the room key to activate, so when you arrive your room is easily pushing 30°C and it is quite stifling. They charge 500 baht deposit for a second key, which we should have just paid so our room would be cool when we got back from walking to dinner. Also there was no hand soap in either bathroom (we had a family suite) so we had to pop into the shower to use the shower gel to wash our hands lol. Minor inconveniences that wouldn’t prevent us from staying again, but easy improvements to enhance guest experience.

We checked in early for a day before a long haul fight at midnight, and spent some time relaxing in the room and by the pool, enjoying drinks and food. Big pool with different "areas", and it was quick to get drinks. The food was very good, thai style dishes, very spicy.

Our flight from vietnam landed early so we arrived at 11 and asked for early checkin. The room was ready, but we had to pay 200 Bhat for the early checkin, which seemed very unnecessary when the room was ready and waiting. Especially since we were not going to stay the night as our plane went at midnight.

Nice and close to the airport. Free, half-hourly shuttle bus to and from the airport is a big plus. Our flight was at 7am, so we had to be at the airport for 4:30am - everything went well with the shuttle bus. There is also a good night market within a 20 minute taxi ride, if you are looking to kill some time before an early flight (Srinagarindra).

proximity to airport, shuttle service, spacious connecting rooms , quiet. really quiet and properly functioning air con. comfortable beds. at end of the road leading to hotel from main road, fantastic local market, loads of fresh produce , ‘street food ‘ etc. also a 7/11 , bit further along a lotus , so if you need to eat and don’t fancy the restaurant onsite, you can get freshly cooked food and supplies. we used both . restaurant food was fine , but so was everything we got from the market. we didn’t use the pool , but it was being well used by guests.

little tired. grey ( were white once) towels and bath mat. no plug. bits of ripped wallpaper above beds etc. little things really. reception staff efficient , might come across as a little curt , but they have a large turnover of transient guests and I imagine they get understandably tired.

I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and polite, and check in was fast and easy.. The hotel was a bit nicer than I expected given the prices. It is close enough to the airport for a quick transfer but is tucked away from the main road so relatively quiet, You can take a five minute walk to the main road where you can find 7eleven, shops and various places to eat. You can book onto the half hourly taxi van to get from BS to the airport next day and it is free like the pick up service. Despite the limited range, the buffet style breakfast was good, especially for the low asking price. As a vegetarian I was very happy to find fried tofu in vegetables and steamed rice as an option plus some fruits and salad.

Although the hotel location is quiet, the corridors and noise from others was quite noticeable at times.. My room was on the ground floor near main walkway which didn't help. The noise didn't really bother me and wouldn't prevent me returning. But if that might be an issue for you then perhaps request a quiet room.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is done daily, which is pleasing. The territory is large and well-maintained, with a huge pool and a jacuzzi. We really liked the hotel, and we recommend it. The breakfast is in Thai style, which adds to the experience. In conclusion, if you value comfort and excellent facilities, this hotel is a great choice. But be prepared that the service at the reception might not meet your expectations.

However, there is a significant downside — the staff. The reception workers were unfriendly and rude. When checking in, the receptionist was unresponsive, and the next morning, two women were very reluctant to answer our questions. The only positive experience with the staff was in the evening when we checked out and were served by a pleasant girl.

The hotel was perfectly placed to rest and relax after our long flight and before the short flight out to our resort. The courtesy transfer was easy to find at the airport and very punctual for our return to the airport. The reception staff were very patient with us and had very good humour with a jet lagged lady (me ), who was having a senior moment. We had an evening meal which was tasty and well priced. The bed was massive (but a little harder than we are used to) however we slept very well. Aircon was quiet. The shower was excellent. WiFi was good. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The coffee was very good indeed. We have booked the hotel again for our return to Bangkok in a few weeks time.

The property is extremely handy to the airport and offers a free shuttle every half hour which takes about 15 minutes travel time. Our shuttle was on time and had plenty of space for everyone and their luggage. There are a couple of great restaurants in the area including Nud Nua which had delicious Thai food, friendly staff and good prices. There's a 7/11, street food stalls in the hotel's alley market and a Lotus supermarket around the corner - all open 24 hours. Both pools on the hotel property were well maintained and open late which the kids loved. Overall, it had everything we needed either on-site or a short walk away.

The Family Suite was pretty cramped without enough room to move around easily.

It is a great place to stay if on a stop over between flights or before a flight home. Great prices and food good. Lovely pool and a good shuttle service to and from the airport, maybe a 15 minute ride at most. Rooms come with good wifi, tv and fridge. The area it is situated in a market zone which is good for a short walk about. Not much on the bar or restaurant side nearby, but you don't need to wander far as it provides all you need for a short stopover. Excellent value for money.

It could do with having a 24 hour check in. We paid 500 baht extra as we arrived at 9am rather than the usual 2pm check in time.

Lovely pool considering it is an airport hotel. Decent breakfast. Shuttles run every 30 mins and ours was on time, 10 mins to airport. There is a nearby street food market which is an interesting place to wander
