Very friendly staff and the owner of the hotel personally receives his guests, surrounds them with care about their stay, offers several dishes to choose from not only for breakfast but also throughout the day. Very tasty food. There is always hot tea and coffee with toast and cookies. The rooms are clean and cozy with modern quiet air conditioners, a refrigerator, high-speed WiFi access. The location is in a very quiet clean area. Within walking distance are BigC and 7/11 stores, many cafes and massage parlors, a little more than a kilometer to the large Robinson and Makro shopping centers. I rented a bicycle and a motorbike at the hotel. Many thanks to Khun Nui for his care of his guests, who become friends.

The staff was very friendly! The girl who did the reception was so nice and the boy who helped around was just fantastic! Exceptional work! The hotel is located at a very nice location with lots of local restaurants and such. Would 100% recommend and stay there again.

Unfortunately, we had to change the hotel because the next-door neighbor who we by accident had a chat with started threatening us. We felt very unsafe to the point where we would fly back. He would come to our rooms unannounced and it made us very uncomfortable we changed hotels. Advice: don't talk to the right side neighbor.

We opted for the King Room for the slight increase in price and cannot fault a single thing. Huge clean quiet room, big fridge, great luggage area, comfy bed and bedding (typical hard Thai mattress). The shower is the best shower we’ve experienced in Thailand - great pressure and actually gets hot. The breakfast was incredible (beef noodle soup) and complimentary water/fruit/crackers was a nice touch. The owner is fantastic. We had a car to get around and could park in front of the property.

Good hotel

A very nice, pleasant and capable host. A charming fellow. Everything was as described. It was an easy stay - and I stayed for two weeks. Bicycle was borrowed easily and the scooter to rent worked fine. Clean room and cleaned daily (as you request). The downstairs rooms are okay for a short stay, but they lack windows onto light - but okay for the price. Nearby (15 mins stroll on foot) are a few Myanmar-run and Thai-run restaurants.

It's a budget location, so no good views of Mae Sot. But Mae Sot isn't that great of a town for views. It's close to shops and not far from the centre of town, so easy enough to get around. Good value for money. Good place for a short stay.

I feel like home every time I stay there, I use to stay there when I get to Mae Sot as it's the cheapest with the most comfortable and convenient facilities.

The breakfast ought to be more plentiful than what they are providing right now. And they should have told the customers ahead that there are a few dogs on the street that can grab and bite either our shoes or humans going through at night.

The room is very spacious with a fridge and places to sit to eat or do some work. The bed is comfy and there is air conditioning to ensure you stay cool. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This place is a dream. The staff are so kind, the location is fantastic, the rate is exceptional. This is the only place I will ever stay in Mae Sot.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

They let me check-in early which I really appreciated due to we had a long drive to get there. They also provide free sandwich, coffee, banana and biscuit for us at the lobby. Such a lovely and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!!

Nothing big, but I suggest that the room should have more than 2 waste bins (at least 1 at the table and 1 in the toilet). My room got only 1.
