I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days on my way to Bangkok. The facilities were great, the room was spacious, and there were many large shopping centers and delicious restaurants nearby, so finding meals was never an issue. During my stay of over a month in Thailand, I struggled to find a place with consistently hot water, but I finally experienced it here.

I didn’t face any major difficulties during my stay, but communication with the staff was quite challenging. It was disappointing that they couldn’t fully understand what I wanted.

Good place on great location (right on highway). Staff is good. Rooms need bit of improvement as carpet on floor is old-fashioned now (accumulates lots of dust and smell). We are vegetarian and staff provided us with vegetarian food when asked, much appreciated but very limited options in breakfast for vegetarian people.

We used this hotel for a stop over to break up a long journey, so for that purpose it served our needs well. Generally a clean and nice, I would say, business hotel. Clean large room was a highlight.

As we arrived in Thailand from a long flight, with a child and baby, we were not able to make breakfast until just after 9am (breakfast served until 10am). I would say practically all of the cooked dishes were already gone, and there were no signs that they would be replenished. I ordered fried eggs, which were really undercooked!

The beds are comfortable and the hotel is well located. We only spent one night here when we were passing through and checked out early in the morning. The breakfast was nice.

We found the hospitality to be pretentious and not genuine. Considering the facilities and size of the hotel, it felt a bit like a boom boom hotel.

Close to the highway, can be positive but also not so invitational to go walking. My Thai girlfriend said she had the feeling there where ghosts active in the hotel :-), she smelled and heared ghosts during the night…

Spacious rooms & super tasty thai breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. The bus terminal is just across the street, like up to 5 mins walking. Enjoyed our stay :-)

Weekend night market is 20+ mins walking. There is a lotus nearby, but after the mall is closing the next 7eleven takes some walking.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was very well-staffed and charming. The room was spacious, nicely designed and the balcony view was wonderful. The minibar consisted of the normal sort of thing, but also a three pack of condoms and I appreciated the presumption that I was capable of getting laid. Lovey place, and close to a supermarket.

I have nothing negative to say.

The room was clean and spacious (it was after all a premium corner room).

The fittings are maybe looking a little tired now and could do with a refurb. Curtains didn't quite close and the shower water could have been hotter (albeit adequate).

All the staff, reception, bell boys were simply wonderful, a credit to the hotel. The breakfast has great choices, the rooms are nice and modern, the location is ideal for Central Town , shops , restaurants etc

The room is nice but I did miss the safe and an English news channel on the TV, BBC or France24 would be nice. Thai news channels are too local, they hardly know that there is a world outside their border. I really did like the shower; open with glass which gives a specious feeling of the room. The Booking.com website gives the wrong place; the hotel is situated at the beginning of the road to Phitsanulok and not next to the park. The coordinates are N 15° 42.205’ and E 100 07.258’. I have mentioned this already 2 years ago but the booking.com people do not, contrary to what they say, like to follow up comments from customers.
