This was a big surprise. At first sight on booking, it seemed odd to see the fruit boat and understand how the hotel is built. In real life, it is even stranger but in the most charming way. This hotel has the best team we've met so far in Thailand. Everybody was so nice and helpful. But it was mire than that - they really tried to communicate and make our stay pleasant and memorable. I think that my daughters will never forget this hotel, the fruit boat, the greek design, the kayaks, and the most generous breakfast we've seen.

Although an overall excellent experience, they do have aspects in which they can improve - the food at the restaurant (regular menu, not breakfast) is underwhelming , the coffee is not good - things that can be easily improved.

What an incredible hotel. The Santorini feel was unusual but really nice. We loved everything about it - the attention to detail, full of lots of snugs and spots to chill out, kayaking to breakfast (or anytime really), the pool, the views, the incredibly friendly staff, the hourly shuttle to the town centre, it was all brilliant. We especially loved the fruit arriving by boat in the morning, then the breakfast was incredible, best breakfast we’ve ever had, better curries and pad Thai than some restaurants!

Absolutely nothing, we loved it. My partner did find the bed mattress a little bit hard but it was fine and manageable.

Staff of the hotel is just phenomenal - everyone is super friendly and helpful without exception. Breakfast is really good with a very nice variety of different dishes. Nice experience with the fruit being delivered to the room on a boat on the artificial lake, also complimentary afternoon tea and desert which is really nice. The kayaks felt a little gimmicky but ended up being something really cool that our kids really enjoyed and had a chance to kayak in a safe environment by themselves. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel offers a convenient and complimentary shuttle to the town which is about a 3 minute drive but a pretty nasty walk if you do it by foot which is great. Hotel restaurant and services like massage are fairly priced making it a nice experience to just spend a day in the resort.

The family suite is sort of two rooms with an interconnecting balcony that's on the water, could be a bit worrying with younger kids.

If you are in doubt where to stay, then this is the best place to stay in Pai! We are so glad we stayed at this hotel. The staff is perfect and did everything to make us feel good from the smallest to the biggest. They really like children and really became their friends during our stay. It was fun to get fresh fruit, get a shuttle to the city and back, eat at the hotel's restaurant. Thank you Oia Hotel you made our stay in Pai perfect. Highly recommend! Amazing Hotel! The service was absolutely phenomenal. We had constant attention from the staff which was always available to us through whatsapp. The breakfast was tasty and had anything we could dream of available. The afternoon tea & sweets were refreshing, and they offered to send it to us to our room or the pool. The pool was well kept and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the city was always available for us, which was extremely important considering the heat. Just Perfect!

The best place to stay at Pai! The entire hotel is very clean, rich breakfast and a lot of facilities. The most exceptional thing to mention is the staff which are super kind and nice, always greeting you and helping with everything needed.

In the morning there is a boat of fruits sailing by the rooms and ringing a bell at around 08:00, it is cute but may bother some people (still worth it)

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! From allowing us a free late checkout to picking us up from the hot springs when our motorbike caught a flat tire, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. The breakfast was delicious (the pancakes and jam were literally to die for). The free shuttle to and from town was also great! The pool has outlets and good wifi, making it a great place to work remotely. :)

The winding water with the kayaks throughout the property was quite dirty/green, but I'm sure it's because of the rain!

Such a fun and unique boutique resort! Like a little Greek fishing village was built right on the edge of Pai. Great ambiance, beautiful buildings, clean/spacious/comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The river is so fun, I had my own kayak and could access the river from my balcony. Infinity pool at the end of the property with various seating options. Food was great, loved the fresh fruit delivery boat, plus afternoon tea was a very nice touch. About 10-15min walk from downtown Pai, but free shuttle on demand 24 hours a day and cheap motorbike rentals. Staff were so kind and helpful with everything, very welcoming. I absolutely loved this hotel.

I was there during burning season, so the air quality is poor, but that is not the hotel’s fault in any way (recommend you bring a mask though). It is the low season, so lots of privacy and space to enjoy!

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, delightful breakfast, and top-notch amenities, including the pool and kayak. The service was exceptional, and the hotel offers convenient shuttles to and from the city center every hour until 12 AM.
