The hotel is located about a five minute walk to Patong beach and about 10 to 15 minutes away from Bangla Walking Street. There was plenty of choice for breakfast to meet everyones tastes. The room was located in a separate block with a sliding door onto the back yard where two chairs and a table were located.

A cockroach was found in the bathroom and the wash basin was not draining the water fast enough. I reported these at the same time to reception but I doubt if anything was done about them. The latch on the sliding door that led onto the back yard was not working and so could only be attached by the chain.

The Room ok, location close to Bangla road, just 10 minutes walking. The room is big and good.

Breakfast not so good, they have one day only eye egg and other day only Scrambled egg. In Thailand Hotles, usually in 4 stars hotel they should make you egg as you want. also limited fruits and not many fruits like exist in other Thailand hotels.

Staff were excellent, room was clean, good housekeeping. The room that I checked-in was okay but the AC was not cool enough. Later when I informed the reception, they sent a guy and he said the room will be cool soon, but it didn't. Later I went to the reception and they offered me another room in the round floor, but I did not accept that. Then they offered me a room and mentioned they will put two beds together and my wife and I both got upset. However, the Diane handled the situation really well and we were then offered an upgraded room, which was good and the AC was running really well. Self Laundry facility was excellent.

The breakfast was okay but not very suitable for a Muslim traveller as they did not have any Halal food option. There was no fresh juice available in the breakfast.

The breaksfast was very good. Rooms were neat and clean and exceeded our expectations. The location was exceptional with everything within less than 4 minutes of walking distance and Patong beach within 2 minutes of walking distance. A very lively place with lots happening in and around this hotel. A very convienent, heart of the city located family hotel with outstanding service by staff. Staff are very courteous and polite.

The loud music from Patong beach could reach the hotel even at night after 11:00 p.m.

Staff service was great and they do their best to help with everything. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and the room was generally nice.

The gym, as many mentioned, has a very lackluster AC, which is disappointing.

Exceeded my expectations, staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is 1 min from the beach. A little far from the famous walking street but it suited me very well. Many restaurants and shops around you will find everything you need. 7 eleven supermarket right next to the hotel. The room comfortably sized, the bed and pillows were comfortable. A well sized balcony. Great water pressure for hot and cool water. 4 water bottles daily. Very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the AC, they immediately sent a technician, the issue wasn't solved and it was 12 am so they offered a different room to stay the night and move our things to the new room in the morning. They sent us a fruit plate and a letter to apologize for the AC issue. We asked for late checkout and the answer was immediately yes. Great value for money Highly recommend

I recommend adding fries, mashed potatoes or potato wedges for the breakfast to have more variety for Arabs

Very atmospheric place to stay. We had an aweful experience with other hotel with lizards all over the place and had to book Holiday Inn Express laat minute and didn't regret at all as there were no lizards or other tropical animals around. The stuff is super professional and nice. The pool is very very nice and clean. Breakfast - also very nice. 3 minutes walk feom Pating beach but we were mainly going by taxi to Kata beach - not that far. Supermarket, pharmacy and souvenir shopa right next to it. SPA IS A MUST! Extremely clean and professional. There's a really good cafe and salon on ground floor.

The pool was working until 8pm only.

The rooms were clean, basic amenities, 2 bottle water and tea/ coffee included. the breakfast was good, pool was good fun. The location is great for Patong

Surroundings are a bit noisy

Location, Spacious Room, Comfy bed, Cleanness, shower and bathroom, house keeping. One of the front desk staff was very nice and friendly, the rest are neutral. Fast Check in and out. The Pool is small. Value for money.

Breakfast is very poor and even below basic, all hot items are Indian food, no variety, no omlette station, you need to order if you want one. Very close to a bar that plays very loud music till almost 1:00 am, really loud. I had no problem as I already go to bed at this time, The hotel actually can't do anything about it, it should be managed by the municipality. There should be some facility to wash feet and legs outside the hotel or near the pool, we had to get into the rooms with beach sand on us. The parking could use some better ventilation. Other than these, No problem at all.
