The location according to the city is great, facilities are very good (compared to Phuket standards) but global standards are different.

One night AC didn't work (couldn't sleep until morning after they fixed it)

The property was well maintained and they have two buildings (old and new). The rooms were a bit small however considering the location and the services this can be overlooked. The property is about 10 mins walk from Bangla street.

The resort was great, had a gym and the pool area was lovely. Huge pool and huge resort with 2 pools. The rooms are modern, nice balcony and nice food.

The AC was too close to the bed which was uncomfortable, the bed was hard and we didn’t sleep very well. If it wasn’t for these points it would be 10/10 but that let the property down

Wonderful location walking distance from the Patong road and night life. Twenty to thirty minutes drive from all the attractions. Next door to the hotel there is a seven eleven store and a a very cheap laundry service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to poolview with no extra charge. Beautiful pools to relax in .

There wasn't much variety in breakfast.

Location is ideal, a short walk to the beach and in the middle of Ao Nang. Pool was really cold which on a really hot day was welcoming

Based in Patong but a 10-15min walk from all the crowds, so a central location but not on top of all the wild entertainment. The room was a nice size and the bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. 2 nice pools to choose from and they have an in-house Spa too. We paid for breakfast on two occasions (250bht per person) and it was fine with a nice selection to choose from including freshly cooked omelettes if required. Security did a good job of keeping folk out of the pool at closing time (8pm) which was good as we had a pool view balcony. We would stay here again.

Balcony on the small side but perfectly adequate, bathroom was OK but would benefit with some fresh silicone around shower screen/basin etc. The hotel seem to attract the younger generation/travelling community but everyone was well behaved. Some rooms look directly on to the balcony which may bother some.

We had a good sized room and balcony overlooking the smaller pool. We had no issues getting sun loungers when we wanted them. The smaller pool was a lot quieter than the main pool which suited us. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, advising us regarding taxis & booking them when we needed them. We both had massages in the hotel spa which were very good. All in all it was a lovely, chilled place to stay.

The breakfast needs to be a little more varied but this has been mentioned in quite a few reviews. We managed, but more variety would have been appreciated. Also the hotel bar shuts really early which is a shame. It also should be said that the walk to the beach involves crossing some very busy roads but that is not the hotel's fault.

We were going n the probably new part, the South Wing. It was still close enough for reception and dining and had its own pool that whilst smaller, was quieter than the main one.

We arrived a bit early so sat and had a drink. They were going to let us know when ready but after an hour I went back to reception and they said oh yes, it’s been ready for 30 mins. Then, as I was in the room packing, a lady walked in saying she had just checked in and given our room by reception. It was only 1130 and checkout was 12, but th room needed cleaning, so inconsistencies with reception staff making me wait, forgetting I was waiting, and letting someone have keys for a room not only still occupied but before it could be made rwady.

The room was big and nice, the bathroom was very good too. They have happy hour and service in both pools. We really enjoyed our time there. Everywhere felt very clean and organized, there is good lighting and social areas are enjoyable. There is also a really nice laundry place few steps away from the hotel

The wifi connection is terrible. It is okay if you have nothing important to do but if for any reason you need to connect for a meeting or to do something, you will need to find an alternative solution. Forget about getting any work here (which can be a big plus if that is what you want)
