The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kettle and coffee/tea station. The beds were very comfortable, offering both soft and firm pillows. Bathrooms were nice and spacious, with a high-quality beach bag and extra towels provided for pool or beach use. However, we did find leftover food from previous guests in the mini fridge, which was quite dissatisfying. Amenities: 4/5
The pools were great, surrounded by beautiful scenery and including an interactive kids area. However, there were no lifeguards on duty, even by the kids pool, which is a safety concern. The spa treatment was below expectations and could use improvement. The internet was slow, which might be frustrating for guests needing reliable connectivity. Nature and Scenery: 5/5
True to its name, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature. The serene environment added a lot to our overall experience, making it a perfect place to relax. The nature inside the hotel was just as beautiful as the outside one, even while having breakfast we were enjoying a gorgeous view of the lush green mountains and the beach.

While the hotel is near Patong Beach, it is quite far from the main attractions in Phuket. This might be inconvenient for those who wish to explore more of the area without long travel times.

I liked most of the things about it to be honest. The room layout was good, the lobby and reception was great, the restaurants served nice meals, the buggy service is smart.

The pools, it could be cleaner. The main pool facing the sea had some wood etc coming off and the water looked kinda yellow or green a little. Needs more maintenance. Also, our room had an issue with the aircond, where daily the entire floor gets wet and we have to put the aircond temperature really cold to get it dry and back to normal, and we didn’t even open the sliding door.

Great property in a good location - close enough to walk to Patong Beach but far enough away from the nightlife noise. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. In house food and beverage prices were very reasonable - especially during happy hour. We recommend a pool access room as real good value.

bit of walking if you want to go beach and lively bangla road...Seven eleven was at 7min walking distance..which during day time and with kids is too much

I called room service so many times for few things but they never turned up.

the location is in a quiet street, open air hotel, very clean rooms and comfortable bed. all amenities are provided. adult pool is nice and the staff playing volleyball in the pool were super fun. highly recommended hotel; away from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach but also 5 mins away by tuktuk

the reception staff don’t really know how to understand English. they speak it, but if you ask something that requires additional thinking before answering it will be difficult for the staff to comprehend. other than this; the hotel management is super cheap. for example we needed a plastic cup to take medicine but the bar didn’t provide one as they will charge for it (plastic disposable cup). we lost one hotel key card and they wanted to charge 300 thai baht for it. it’s like a side business / hustle for the hotel management charging overpriced prices on items that would be free everywhere else in the world especially since it’s a 5 star property charging 5 star prices.

The property is very large. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed itself was quite comfortable and the bathroom facilities were lovely. The selection of pools were clean and had a different vibe at everyone. The Neon Bar on the roof was really lovely to watch the sunset and enjoy a beverage. There was a nice view of the ocean.

The staff weren’t exactly the friendliest. Food and drinks from the hotel were quite expensive. The use of the buggy to get around the hotel wasn’t efficient and was left waiting for a ride to the far buildings for quite a while. We ended up walking to the buildings most of the time due to this. We had to leave early due to illness and the hotel was not accommodating when advising of a refund or documentation that we left early which was a shame. Hotel was a ride from Patong and not a lot of transport offered from the hotel so had to rent a bike.

Hotel had Courteous and helpful staff , specific thanks to Sarah. Hotel has good facilities as expected. Nice Buffett breakfast. Modern Rooms with good air conditioning.

Properly doesn’t has Taxi booking support. Whenever I requested, reception staff pointed us to city tour or island tour booking desks within their own facility which had no relevance to taxi booking. The taxis standing outside the hotel are for 4 hours booking asking Rip of money. Most of the nearby resorts had taxi booking desk looking after their guests from rip of.

Close to Patong Beach, big shopping mall and tons of street markets

Check in felt a little late at 3pm so lots of people waiting around the front each day
