One of the Reception staff attitudes was not expected as we are customers for the last 15 years and more .

Great location. Parking right outside. We had a corner room which was spacious, clean and had nice views up the road and across to terminal 21. And all for a good price.

Nothing really. Didn't try the breakfast as it wasn't included and cost 300baht each which seemed a lot. Also didn't have a chance to try the pool, but went up and had a look, smallish but nice. Will try next time. Too far to walk to walking street, but the baht bus is so convenient especially if you walk to Beach road first.

The staff are so incredible. Super friendly super helpful. I have a bad back and found the mattress a bit tough, I explained it to them and straight away got me a topper and no more painful mornings.

I banged my toe on the decking by the pool again they sorted it out straight away so it didn't happen to someone else. Although I do feel that area the flooring needs a bit of a overhaul. But accidents happen.

I’ve stayed there on many occasions and it never lets you down - the property & staff maintain their standards over the years - perfectly located - had a problem with some drunken guests one night & the staff sorted it out in minutes. Can’t speak highly enough of the hotel

The staff was excellent and friendly, the location is perfect, everything is close to the hotel. I'm planning to stay at the same hotel on my next trip.

Actually we left the hotel early before completing our 6 nights Due to an emergency situation within and the hotel didn't refund our 3 nights .

Friendly staff,easy ck in. Great location 10 minute walk too terminal 21 mall,10 minutes to the beach.a couple of English channels. The room was big, bed was ok,aircon worked well and quiet.And the coffee at breakfast was very good.water pressure was good and nice and hot.

Not alot of parking if u drive,room for about 7 cars in front and about 4 spots left in underground parking. Breakfast buffet could have been better,almost same thing every morning and not a lot of choices, and no bacon oh well it was ok.

I like hotel, room was very big and spacious. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good with enough choices. Rooftop is done nicely, with place to chill on one side and pool on the other. Location is great, close to beach and to Terminal 21. You can always catch a 10baht taxi to go on walking street or somewhere.

Wifi connection is bad: slow and crashing all the time. Please improve it.

Amazing central location . Swimming pool area is nice . Very gud and helpful staff . Clean & big rooms

Bathroom had issues . Flush was spoilt . The bed mattress is not comfortable. If u have back issues then probably this mattress is not for u .

The staff are all really friendly. The cleaners are great I love the location Spacious rooms always clean.

To be fair, the same in most places in Thailand that mattresses can be a little softer. But apart from that everything is great

The management , they look after the property in a very professional way , which gives this hotel A++++++ rating Having the owner , the GM in front desk gives you comfortability and feeling secure .
