recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The room was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant scent that made my stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. For the price, it offers excellent value—highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience without breaking the bank! and most of all the manager was very accommodating and helpful.

perfect location, friendly staff, good value for the money. lots of restaurants around. if you walk to your right when you leave the hotel and take the next left there is a small local place to eat with the most delicious Thai food for a budget amount. very nice lady who speaks English.

the room was very dark, the next building is very close and you can almost touch it right from your balcony.

The hotel is brand new. Very nice decor and comfortable furniture.. Location is good. Not far from the center and beaches. Very good value for money.

Housekeeping wasn't great. We had our room cleaned only on the 5th day after we requested it at the reception. Also, we handled our room key to the receptionist when we checked out. Next day we received a message from the hotel asking where did we leave the key .

I love it here, I normally get a place for a couple days but lately I’ve found myself staying here months at a time. All the staff are helpful and accommodating from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and even the maintenance men, ask and it shall be done.

I only had a issue with one of the receptionists but she no longer works there so I guess that issue handled itself

Good location close to central Pattaya and very calm place from other side. Close to tuktuk line, so very easy transportation, 24 hours shop directly under hotel. All equipment works, room clean.

We had very small room, I think no more 12m2, not enough space for 2 guests. At check in they take deposit 500 bath for keys, that is refunded after checking out. Check out in 11 am, not as usual 12am in most hotels.

The receptionist on arrival was as 'charming' as other reviews have mentioned, I wasn't disappointed 😂. The other one in the morning was lovely though. It was exactly what I paid for no complaints.

Used Condom wrappers poking out from under bed when I accidentally moved it slightly.

The staff is very nice and the room is okay too. However, for a long term stay of more than 10 days it was not enough for me. I expected a better chair and table where I can work plus in my room it was quite noisy unfortunately. They offered me everything to help me and even let me change the room though

The room was cleaned daily if asked; water and coffee were provided each day. The balcony was an added benefit of the room. It was a 15 minute walk from the beach and many markets. The wifi was great. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn't super comfortable but it was fine.

What can I say, just a great hotel very clean and tidy, beautiful rooms great bathroom, the manager mi was very helpful and polite, this hotel has a store right outside 10 second's walk, it's also 5minute journey on bike to walking street, very quiet location, the cleaners are very good too, I will definitely stay here again, top marks👌👌👍👍

Everything was good for me, nothing bad.

10 minutes easy walk to WS, very friendly and helpful reception staff, nice spacious room - minimalistic but all did fit well, especially beautiful decorations on the wall, very quiet place - no noise from the outside, HBO and a few English speaking channels on TV, small restaurant and market just outside of hotel

if I wanted to be super picky I would say that tea/coffee mugs in the room should be much bigger
