Everything except for the hotel porter who refused to order me a taxi as too close ( was 2 miles away ) I had 2 large suitcase and hand luggage and he expected me to walk up hill 2 miles in 30 deg heat ! Said I’ll give driver 500 baht. No he said !! What a guy !! So I left the hotel fuming , stood at entrance and I managed to wave a taxi down and he was so happy with 500 only wanted 200 but I gave him 500, rest of staff great, cleaners amazing

The hotel rooms were cleaned every day, you could say to the young lady who does the cleaning not today clean the next day she is fine with that. The staff were very good in every way, always smiling and cheerful.

I would not go back again because they dont have a kitchen for food you have a fridge in your room so you can put what you want in. I was told a couple of years ago they had a kitchen for food breakfast, lunch, evening meal, but they closed it down i do not know why. I want to go back for another six weeks next year, i found a bar that sells food from seven in the morning up to ten oclock at night the menu is very good. The rooms are better and a lot cheaper.

Sun view was excellent, I was very pleased with my stay, staff was very good Al round.

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly everyday. The cleanliness of the rooms the corridors lobby was so good. Would definitely recommend it and I’ll stay there again . There’s a laundry virtually next door and plenty of breakfast options within 100metres

Nice hotel located in soi Buakhao, a few steps from bars and restaurants. The upper rooms are very spacious and have all the comforts. There is also a small pool to cool off during the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a really good stay.

The staff are some of the friendliest I have met in Pattaya. A great location on Soi Buakhao. Really nice rooms and swimming pool. They gave me the option to pay for the room by cash or card (+3%). They looked after my large suitcase in while I went to Koh Chang for 5 days, I came back stayed another 2 nights. Next door to a Laundry, Pharmacy and 7-11. I will definitely return to Sunview Place.

Good size room with decent size balcony

If I had to be really picky, it would be the shower bracket, which means the shower goes out at 90° so you need to stand 6 feet away. But I managed fine.

Nice location . Only 5-10mins from Tree town and 5mibs to the market . Nice balcony which got the sun most of the day . Good swimming pool

Had a room at the end of the corridor away from the WiFi unit ( near elevator) There was an issue with the WiFi and could not get a signal (RM 401) However managed to get a room change near the lift and received the WiFi . Staff were very helpful to resolve the situation

The hotel is on the main road and next to the Holiday Inn Express, which offers a breakfast buffet. Also a laundry service just outside the door. Close to several restaurants and bars. Good wifi and air conditioner.

No microwave in room for warming up food

Good location. Great room. The best hotel fridge ever ( don't turn it up or you'll freeze everything) great staff. Close to everything. Great pool
