The main feature of this hotel is the beach front access. I particularly like the look of this property from the outside. Rooms are quaint and basic but don’t expect to be blown away. I think some rooms are better than others, they are not all up to the same standard. I stayed in two rooms as I needed to extend my stay. The room with the side sea view I had and it’s where the value lies, it’s amazing and relaxing to look out.. staff are average so don’t expect too much.. the hotel has its own massage facility on 1st and 2nd floor so you pay at reception and its all professionally done. Has its own restaurant but never tried, but its seems nice as you can see the beach and its open air.. Also has a café lounge on the 2nd floor.. theres a convenience store right at the bottom across the road and has an atm..

Location is Excellent. Breakfast and meals are 100% just a note for the future though. Everything comes out at the same time, On one occasion I just started my Soup then my burger and chips arrived, I asked for it to be taken back as I don't enjoy cold burgers and chips, there wasn't a problem when I explained if you order a starter the main meal comes out once you finish otherwise it's cold expecially with a lot of fans on. I spoke to another guest he to was not impressed with everything coming out at the same time too. Once this is addressed your ratings would exceed 100%. I'm coming back hopefully towards the end of December, I'm really hoping this is addressed by then. The Staff are all Excellent and go that extra mile to Help. Superb Hotel, Will tell friends and many more, to use this Hotel, great location also. Graham.

The place has prime location and adjacent to the beach. It is one of our favourite stay in Pattaya! They have delicious breakfast options and all the receptionist were cordial .

Well, upon staying, we had been given rooms primarily with AC and fridge issues . Later on, upon various discussions, they were able to upgrade and shift us.

The location was the main attraction as the beach is just across the road. Also the hotel was far enough from the noisy bars.

Our room had no Air Con remote so we couldn’t adjust the room temperature as the Air Con was too cold. But this small problem will be resolved once the remote is replaced.

It is right beside the beach with closely accessible to eateries and pubs. The staffs are welcoming , they accommodated my date of arrival. Therefore rating them 10/10 on this. The buffet breakfast is cherry on top. So, added to my list of favourites.

The location is great, it’s beachfront. The price is worth it and it’s not expensive. Breakfast is good too. It’s very near to convenient stores, restaurants and cafes. There’s massage shops everywhere.

The shower is not too hot.

They do not clean rooms unless you put out a clean room sign and just not bothered about it . Hand towels need to be requested for from reception as housekeeping NEVER picks up the phone !!!!!

the first room they gave us have a really bad smell. after adding a couple of thousand baht, luckily we can change the room.

the location is great right opposite the beach with the room - advertised as side view gave a better view of Pattaya Beach. close to food and shopping outlets.

LIft broke down when check out so had to carry bags down from 5th floor. not so bad

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is located just across from the beach

On the whole the food was good but we were served prawn cakes that were off and tasted awful. The bathroom door would not close fully meaning you couldn’t lock it.
