Stayed there twice on my last visit to Thailand. There's nowhere else I would stay in Pattaya. It's a lovely little place and nice, relaxing, and quiet, but not far away from the main areas of the city. I walk it, but I like to walk.

There was a new bloke, maybe a new manager, and I had a couple of problems with him - his solution to a broken kettle was for me to come down and use the communal water boiler, he found it impossible to order a taxi for me even though I showed him where I was going on googlemaps, and he was knocking on doors at exactly midday to get everyone checked out. Fortunately, the first two problems were solved by the staff who've been there a while. There's no reason why he shouldn't be knocking on doors at midday, but giving people 10 minutes grace is I think the best way to do that.

- Good Wi-Fi coverage on all territory of hotel (speed around 20 Mbit/s, symmetric) - Comfortable room and bed - Big bathroom - Free water - Helpful and kind manager on reception - Not intrusive cleaning at the morning (offer you cleaning if you need it) - Microwave oven on reception and boiler with hot water - Many caffe, shops and market close to hotel

- No power sockets near one side of the bed - On the first room we booked was broken air conditioner (making loud noise). At the morning manager changed our room on another one and promised to fix air conditioner - In one of our room the heater in the bathroom was not working well

Great value for money, spacious room, beautiful exteriors, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet a short ride away from busy areas.

Many guests were incredibly loud and disrespectful (example: boasting music through their phones in common areas for hours at a time, entertaining their lady friends in common areas at peculiar hours while broadcasting this to their friends back home where we could see and hear not only their loud physical presence but also the virtual crowd they create in the loudest way possible). Staff did absolutely nothing to safeguard other guests' peace.

I've stayed here a few times, and will stay again next time I'm in Pattaya. It's a lovely little place, with a very chilled atmosphere. It's quiet as it's away from the main road, and there are no soi dogs to worry about, only soi cats (if that is worrying for anyone).

There's a bloke who seems to be new who may be the manager and he is not good at his job. Fortunately, the members of staff who have been there for a while make up for his incompetence.

I've reviewed this place before. I really love it, and will stay there again. The staff are super friendly. It's also quite a sociable place as every room has a little table and chairs outside. In the evening, it's not uncommon to strike up a conversation with another guest.

The free tea is Lipton. That's possibly the only thing I can imagine anyone having a problem with. I don't mind Lipton. There is also a big supermarket nearby if you need to get some PG Tips or something similar.

I like the deco and also the quite & relaxing space. People are nice and really much helful. Still remember the auntie who helped with water at night, she is so friendly and supportive. Just a bit different in culture, I think, here not available hair dryer in the room, however, we could request the staff and they would give it.

People smoke in the common space, the smell makes us feel so headache and not really like to stay in common space

Excellent staff who went out of their way to help; clean fresh room/Swimming Pool. Competitive rates. My Thai Girlfriend said it was The Best Hotel she had stayed in - in Pattaya.

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much we extended it twice. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious with all the little details you would hope for ( stayed in 2 room types). The pool is lovely, it was never to busy and was a great place to relax. The hotel offers free coffees and tea which we thought was a nice touch. The wifi was strong and the air conditioning was the best we have had so far on our 4 month trip around Asia. The hotel is in a nice location about 20\30 mins walk from the beach, drinking streets and main part of Pattaya however a taxi was only about £2.50 so we walked there and got a taxi back. Its nice being able to get away from the busier areas to relax. I would say this would be a great place for anyone really but families i think would really enjoy it. Its the staff that really made our stay. They are great hosts and great people. The main man on the reception (Noy i belive) was funny, kind and super helpful and an overall brilliant guy! He is still learning English but with a little sign language we had great conversation and he really added to the enjoyment of our stay. This is the same for all of the staff, just a great collection of people. Thank you for a great stay and introduction to Pattaya, memories we will keep forever.

Only that you need to remember your English is better than our Thai - believe in yourself Noy, what I didn't say is I am an English teacher. There was nothing we didn't like apart from needing to leave!

The room was huge and had a living space. Dogs are allowed at the hotel and only charge 100฿ per dog which was great. They also have parking too. Would definitely recommend the hotel because it’s good value for money.

At night the street to the hotel is dark, creepy and not well kept so at first we weren’t sure if we were on the right street but once you drive down the road 200m or so the hotel is actually all light up. So it’s not a problem with the hotel more the surrounding.
