Very welcoming and friendly staff through out hotel. Amazing breakfast with a cook to order egg station. Pool access room was very special and different. Decorated four poster bed on our arrival. Got upgraded room free on arrival. Would highly recommend access resort and villas. Beautiful gardens,pool areas with 2 swim up bars.

Food, drink and spa a little more expensive than outside. Bed very hard. Work, renovations, driling etc. going on all day in pool bar/cafe opposite our room...getting it ready for high season. 20 minute walk to beach....no footpaths.

The swim up rooms were lovely. We had a free upgrade to the green wing not sure what the difference was. The rooms were very clean, bed linen was very good quality.

The shower just had a curtain but the way the shower head was set sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. The shower would also surge with very hot water no matter what temperature you set the shower at this would be dangerous for young children and was very uncomfortable for adults. It was a case of standing to one side and getting under in between the hot surges which wasn’t ideal. This appeared to be the case in most of the rooms.

Only downside with the pool room is bugs.. cockroaches mozzies was horrendous. We moved to another resort after a week and was much better cleaner/modern no bugs. A bit dated but still nice Wouldn't eat in the resturant

It's a lovely quiet location to get away from the bustle of Patong. Hopping in the pool straight from your room is great. The staff are friendly and the choice of food at breakfast was good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but a little tired

The pool was a little heavy on the chlorine and could do with a bit of a scrub

This hotel was literally a lifeline last second booking for us after our original hotel turned out to be a nightmare. We booked this hotel and turned up within 30 min to a warm welcome. The staff are friendly and made sure they checked in to see how we were after our first night. The breakfast was included in the price and was fabulous with plenty of choice. Set out in 3 sections (that we seen) each one with a river like pool going around and meeting your terrace so you can step right into the pool. Lovely bridges and water features around the pool so you can get from side to side or the middle in our case. They also offer room service by boat :) The staff helped us book out taxi back to the airport with no fuss and at less than we expected to pay. They offer a spa facility which we made good use of on our last day. The room was spacious although the bed was a little soft for my liking. The bathroom was also spacious with a glass section that gives a false garden impression. They also had 2 airers for your clothes 1 outside an one inside above the bath. Your terrace gives you space for 2 loungers and a table and as said you step right into the pool.

Because of the set up if you get noisy neighbours (like we did) you have no escape when trying to chill on the terrace. Again because of the set up the doors are heavy and do bang a lot through the night with people coming and going.

The hotel resort was better than what we expected in terms of facilities and design. We absolutely loved our swim up room and used this day and night to cool off from the hot Phuket weather. The swim up bars were also fantastic and the happy hour which ran from 4-6pm made for cheap cocktails! We would definitely stay again if we were to stay in the Karon area in the future as the hotel breaths charm, beautiful flowers/gardens and amazingly friendly staff.

We were not best pleased with Phuket as a place generally and found the seaside towns of Patong and Karon to be quite seedy. Kata was much nicer however, but this hotel was located in Karon. We also noticed the hotel was in some disrepair in some places for example some loose tiles in the pool. There was a bar that wasn't open during our stay which was closer to our room (assume cause we were staying outside of the main season).

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff did a beautiful job - not only with our room but the resort as a whole was clean and fresh. The buffet breakfast was good with a fair variety of choice available. The "canal" /pool outside the room is so convenient for taking a quick dip to cool down, or if you feel the need to exercise then swim around the canals. Eat in the resort of an evening, very convenient, but also a number of small eating places within a short walk. There is a very handy convenience store within metres of the resort.

There was really nothing to complain about.

The access resort has a great set up, the staff are lovely and always happy to help, if your heading out for the day you can also leave your key at reception for them to look after it. The rooms are split up into the Green Rooms and Blue Rooms. The green rooms are on the left and right immediately after leaving the reception area. On the right side they have the pool bar and a kids pool. If you continue on and over the little bridge your at the Blue rooms (where we stayed). This has a pool bar and a small food area where you can play pool or sit and relax. We ordered a pizza room service when we arrived as we hadn't eaten since an hour before the flight landed, it was decent, couldn't complain. The rooms The rooms are big with a large bed, bathroom is a little run down but no problems. Showere pressure was up and down but works fine. We got a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room and there were extra things you could pay for but we didn't. When drying my hair it took twice as long as the hair dryer wasn't very powerful at all. There's a safe in the room which had no additional charge. Air con was good, kept the room nice and cool. The pool access was great, there are little seats in the water just outside 6our room so you can sit there as relax. Breakfast The breakfast is good. A small variety including fruit, omelette station, hot food and cereals as well as bread. Tea and coffee and different juices or water provided as well. Local shops and restaurants The hotel is close to lots of places to eat and there is a 7/11 round the corner to the right at the services. Which is a 2 minute walk. We picked up 3 2 litre bottles which lasted up 5 days and some cans of fizzy drinks to keep in the fridge. If you looking for Thai food there is a delicious restaurant if you turn right out the hotel directly opposite the services called "Amy's Restaurant". The food is great and Amy and the other girls are lovely.

Hair dryer had very little power.. Shower pressure was up and down which also affected the temperature.

The staff are very nice, from the moment I arrived till I left the resort. Since it's a direct access to the pool, there's a very calming view when you look outside the room. Since it's not too close from the center you will enjoy a peaceful night if that's what you're looking for. I spent my birthday there and they surprised me with a cake which is really heart warming.

Not that I mind, but if possible since the hotel is 5 star rated, toothbrush can also be provided.

Pool directly outside rooms was heavenly - especially as soon as we arrived! Our rooms were ready almost three hours early, which was unexpected and wonderful after our long journey

Blue Bar was not manned as frequently as we would have liked and we had to look for staff to take drinks orders
