very comfortable room. bed was massive and extremely comfy. hotel was spotlessly clean. at most a 10 minute walk to the beach depending on the route you take. air con was fantastic
wifi was very slow when it worked, majority of the time it didn’t work at all. the shower on a number of occasions wouldn’t drain quickly flooding the bathroom, I think this was a hotel problem rather then room problem as it didn’t always happen. hotel is in quite a noisy area with one or two of the nearby bars having late night parties (finishing about 2am) with loud music and the rooms are not soundproofed

- Nice staff - Clean rooms that were cleaned daily - Our diet was taken into account at breakfast - this was great - Hotel was of great value for money
- The pool area was under renovation and caused some noise - There's a trash drop point right next to the hotel, so the smell was quite bad at times

very nice and clean hotel,highly recommended,staff are very friendly and helpful,after I moved on to a different part of Thailand I realised I had left a pair of my favourite shorts behind at the hotel,contacted the and they very kindly posted them to me,excellent service

Ithe expence of taxis but the the GM told me about bolt !!!!! Problem solved..terrific stay Will definately stay again... Thank you to all the staff for everything and keep up the good work!!!!!8】

comfy bed, good location
the construction noise, obviously. A discounted rate or free breakfast could have been offered to guests staying during the renovations as a thoughtful gesture. otherwise, was a lovely stay.
