Great sized rooms. Two of our three rooms had been updated inside. All rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms overlooked the pool. Staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant/café by reception was fantastic. Great food and cheap. 7 Eleven is also right next door. Pool was awesome - plenty of deckchairs around pool. Excellent breakfast many options and they have different options daily. Location was great - 5 min walk from main beach/street. Bars and restaurants close by. Easy access to bars and nightclubs, but location is peaceful and slightly to the side of all the craziness.

Convenient for beach, shops, restaurants.Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Wanchai, he never stopped all day, so lovely. Even though you were in a built up area it was lovely and quiet in the superior rooms, until the Cockerel started crowing out the back in the morning ;) Good choice for breakfast each morning. We found a really good food night market, turn right out of the hotel and keep walking(over stinky river bridge)until you see it on your right Cheap food and cocktails.

Photos of pool area have been enhanced, see my photo! Not enough sunbeds or parasols for everyone. Bathrooms were very dated and tired. The foyer and pool area are smaller than they look in the photos.

We stayed in a Deluxe room and it was very good, quiet and clean. All the staff were brilliant very attentive and the rooms were kept clean and tidy by the ladies that cleaned our room. At breakfast the staff were very friendly and cleaned up the dishes quickly and we were warmly welcomed every morning.

The breakfast was ok with a reasonable variety for most people. Only personally, I like freshly cooked eggs and prefer if a fried egg or omelette etc are cooked while you wait. But that is a personal like. Everything else was perfectly acceptable and we especially liked the coffee you can make on the coffee machine.

The staff so friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our check in and the last check out was smooth. Room are clean and the beds so comfy.... They have variant of breakfast menu, we are enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Uthairat who was welcoming us in the front office that give us suggestions where to visit and all what we need during our stay. Very recommended and great value.

Friendly staff ,great pool, great room. Also the Meals in the resort were fantastic, great choice's, even had a great steak, and Pizza .cheaper than going out, especially if you just wanted to hang around the pool.

Could have done with a few extra lounges around the pool.

the place is lovely! small, quaint clean and tidy, staff are wonderful. only difference this time they are refurbing the rooms so trying to get a laying was a nightmare!

room 308 is a little tired compared to other rooms I have had.

Grest price for 1 person. Clean and close to everything.

A little bit noisy, but its what you get when you travel central patong
