Great pool, fantastic view, nice breakfast, and restaurant, cute large rooms, and. Very friendly staff

Not much of TV channels choices, and the islands and other activities tours are a lot more expensive than on line, from the hotel

Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from, well maintained and fresh.

Could always use another bottle of complimentary water, even if I have to pay for it to use for coffee in the morning.

Staff were all so lovely. The bed was super comfy and the food at the restaurant was great. Pool was nice and clean.

The shower was not clean and had soap marks all over the wall and glass. This was a huge disappointment as the rest of the room felt clean. The sand around the pool could do with renewing.wifi wasn’t the strongest.

The hotel is amazing, great rooms, decor, pools and one of the best hotel gyms I've been to. The room comes with some free snacks too, very happy with the hotel.

Breakfast is a bit steep, 450 baht, didn't bother trying it so could have been amazing but I don't eat enough in the morning to warrant that expense. The location of the hotel is a good 15 minute drive away from everything. At least 300 baht to get into the old town, 600+baht to get to patong (1hr drive).

The bed was extremely comfortable. The gym was very well equipped and modern. The view from the pool was very nice with towels available and food and drink service brought to your chair. Very clean rooms and with tea and coffee making facilities always welcome. Free shuttle service twice a day to Phuket town.

The place was a little far from the town centre and the shuttle bus only twice a day. Would have been better to offer a few more daily shuttle bus services. Sometimes the staff were confused with English when asking for specific food or drink but there were other staff that could assist if necessary.

The pools were nice and clean. The sea view from the room was worth paying extra for because we saw a beautiful sunrise. The beds were super comfortable and the attention to detail was on point. They have good ground coffee rather than soluble one and digestive yougurts in the fridge as well as apples and other snacks. Loved the bath in the room as well. Felt pampered.

The location was fairly rubbish there's nothing else around the hotel. So you have to get a taxi from the hotel and unfortunately they charge quite s lot for it in comparison to say getting an independent taxi or tuk tuk. So that's a bit of a catch really. And they charge a lot of money for their laundry service. We did a 9 kg wash for less money than the hotel was charging for 2 pairs of socks.. ridiculous really

The staff is very kind. There are swimming pools, a nice restaurant (with western, Japanese and Thai dishes), a little shop for swimming suits etc, a beach nearby and the sea. The rooms are rather spacious, with some design (I liked the photo-theme of the hotel).

The room design is a bit dark. The shower room and toilets are dark (faint light). The hotel is located rather remotely from Phuket town and other places of interest. The swimming pools are quite shallow (1.2m). The sea is nearby (that is great), but not easy to enjoy at low tides. N.B. didn't go to Siray Bay beach nearby. A bit on the expensive side.

I liked the layout and location of the hotel. The room decor was nice and I love the black and white color scheme. Beds were super comfy with a view of the ocean.also super close to launching point to harbors supplying trips to PhiPhi islands and old town phukett close by.

The gym area was old and not maintained . Treadmills were not working .

The bedroom and it view is very good and the pools are absolutely beautiful. The hotel have a pier access to the sea, amazing!

Grab can’t pick up at the hotel and the location is quiet far from the old town and very far from the Bangla Road. We can’t use the beach in front of the hotel because don’t have sand (and is not too beautiful).

the fact that the 3 hotels were part of the same group and we could use all facilities

I had the most horrible experience with the staff who can not speak English at all, despite what is written on teir Booking page!!! The shuttle we used to go to the pier was late, we almost missed the ferry, he forgot to come and pick us up at the end of the day, no excuse given to us, we were not allowed to take breakfast to our room, the sheet were dirty on arrival, just to say the hotel was perfect but the staff a nightmare!
