I would have given full points only if the construction sound inside was non-existing. Other than that, the facility has exceeded my expectations for the price, very well organized and managed place overall.

There are constructions all around the area so there may be a low background noise time to time during the day, which was OK for me, however, there was construction inside the building at the roof, right above me and it was unbearable at daytime from noon to afternoon. You may ask the reception if there is a construction going on and pick your room accordingly.

Overall it was the nicest accommodation we had during our 1 month holiday. Excellent facilities in the room and the hotel complex (33 meter rooftop pool, jacuzzi, roof top bar, fantastic gym). Useful balcony with clothes drying rack. Location was great as very close to Boat Avenue, and opposite the hotel is a large 7-Eleven and local food stalls. It's also a location that can avoid quite a large amount of traffic to get to other locations (depending where you are going)

I personally would have preferred that they didn't allow pets inside the building (however they do, quite a few guests had dogs).

The location is great in bang tao, very friendly front desk staff. The rooms are spacioua and adequate for the price we paid

-got everything you need, pool, bar, cafe down stair - newly built hotel - they use high quality material facilities,like when you step in the room, you will definitely know they invested heavily - staffs are professional - water refill station in hallway, love they use reusable jar in the rooms so you can get cold fresh water anytime you want

- one thing i see they can improve is crowd management during breakfast, i waited 40-50 mins to get my dish, if they work on this they would get 10/10

I came for 5 days and stayed for a month. Exceeded all expectations. Here are the highlights: - brand new, super clean (never saw a single insect here) - super fast wifi with a complimentary office space - infinity rooftop pool and a well equipped gym - the staff is extremely nice - very good breakfast Finally, the price is a joke considering what you get. Super cheap and great value.

Where is good location. Superb! I believe it is new hotel in this area and rooms are spacious enough. Their AC was not good though, it comes to your bed and no way to change the grill as it’s one of those portable one, not built in. This was the only down side! Staff is very friendly and helpful though! Breakfast is one of the best part, try truffle egg yummy and crepes!

AC, difficult to sleep when AC blows it to your bed.

I had a fantastic time at Homa! The apartments are immaculately clean and exquisitely appointed. The rooftop pool, fitness centre, co-working space, coffee shop, restaurant, and bar are just a few of the property's features that enhance the opulent experience. I heartily endorse it!

I don't have anything negative to provide. Thus far, during this stay, everything has left me incredibly satisfied.

Really nice hotel. Good ambience. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a mix of buffet and la carte. Very fresh good selection and great start to the day.

Hotel is about 1.8km from beach so ideally you do need transport. But really great beach selection around you and nice to be able to walk to shops restaurants etc

My stay was amazing, can't recommend this place enough! On top of the friendly staff first thing when you arrive, the food was great. The Pool was amazing, and a pool is a must when visiting Phuket. My room was spotless when I arrived, very clean. I have no complaints. I will definitely be back, thank you!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The price is steep and the hotel does not disappoint with the greenery and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and having the entire apartment was great. The hotel has bicycles you can check out for free and this was a fun thing to do in the afternoon. The rooftop pool area was huge and I enjoyed chilling there. The staff at the restaurant and the reception were always friendly, kind, and willing to help. Their signature burger was quite good as well. And they have the most amazing vanilla ice cream. The hotel is located near a 7-Eleven and a few food places like Burger king a walking distance away which was good.

Majority of the food was not good and definitely not worth the price. The cocktails were terrible and even the milkshakes were not great. The breakfast was okay but the pastries were always stale, which was very disappointing. The hotel is actually not close to Bang Tao beach so I sadly could not walk there like I thought I would.
