Excellent location, very helpful staff, clean.

Breakfast was not up to my expectations, style is slightly outdated, swimming pool can be noisy in the morning as rooms are just on the edge of it, Air conditioning has no control although there is a control panel/remote in the room but I couldn’t control it.

The rooms are small. Had room with axis to the pool but no stairs to get out of the pool. The food was not good.

Close to all shops and restaurants. On the beach.

Wonderful staff! Lateefah at the front desk made absolutely all the difference! She is so sweet and goes far out of her way to make guests feel welcome! Enjoyed the daily breakfast. Location was spot on, can't get any better!

I purposely selected the best seaview suite and this resort for the wide open ocean view from the hotel room. I was more than disappointed to see two giant trees blocking my entire view! Apparently big trees run across the beach in front of the hotel blocking all the rooms' views. I think they owe it to prospective guests to update their Seaview room descriptions to partial Seaview at best... One odd issue was to find out the shower was outside on the porch. I didn't care about strolling around naked outside as a male traveler, although I think female travelers would find it very uncomfortable.

We arrived for the final stint of our honeymoon to celebrate the NY. From start to finish the staff were amazing and went above and beyond with everything, from the presentation of the rooms to breakfast. The breakfast offered a huge variety to accommodate for anyone staying. The location is very central with minimal noise which meant we always had a great nights sleep. If by the beach/ pool there was a menu for snacks or a full meal if required. The NY eve party was exceptional and the food left us spoilt with choice. From Sushi to a hog roast, along with welcome drinks and cocktails. The staff bought around a lovely NY card and elephants for gifts- this was well above anything we expected. Added bonus- 5 minute walk from the Central Shopping complex.

The only small discretion we would have and it’s not the staff at all- is the smoking area is at the poolside and in the mix of the sunbeds- so it’s unavoidable. Great if you smoke, however, frustrating if you don’t and you’re eating.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool outside our room was fantastic. Incredible sunset views from the rooftop bar. The location of the hotel is excellent, well within reach of all the major attractions in Patong and right on the beach.

The breakfast experience wasn't great. There were a very large amount of wasps in the restaurant and around the food so we only had breakfast on one occasion.

The location is great, in the middle of Patong yet has access to the beach.. perfect mix

Room service stops at 11:00pm however its location has plenty offering 24hrs close by

Nothing was bad but just a little bit of noise during fireworks.

Rooms are spacious, excellent bathrooms, good water pressure and hot water Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of dishes and good quality. Front desk staff and maids were very good and hospitable. Excellent attitude and very personable. The free mini bar and actual coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

Bedding was torn and could see it was not changed daily. There’s a proper coffee machine in the room but only provide creamer, some actual milk would be better. More could be made of the pool/loungers. The area looked unkept and disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5* resort. There was loud music, slamming doors and the smell of people smoking on balconies is relentless. Not the hotels fault but it wasn’t great. I guess it comes with the area though. Balconies on the upper floors just have benches, no actual chairs/loungers. Would expect a bit more for what is one of the most expensive hotels in the town.
