The staff was extremely attentive. In rainy days we woke up and found an umbrella at the door of the room and they took us from the hotel to the bus stop to catch the transport to the airport. Moreover, the right to breakfast is valid all day long and since it was low season they allowed us to have late check out at no extra cost. The best staff you could think of in your vacations.

As everyone mentioned, the rooms are outdated, so, the pictures do not reflect the current status of the infraestructure. Some extra maintenance would make the place a perfect resort.

The bathrooms are really dated and in need of modernisation Some rooms do not have enough storage/draws (fine for backpackers) but need more for longer stays (we did get a small shelf unit brought to our rooms when raised) The property is set in stages on the hillside so lots of steps, we counted 250 from beach to top restaurant, not for anyone with mobility issues but worth it for the amazing views

Location is perfect aside from not being able to walk on the road down to Karon (there's no path and it's incredibly dangerous to do so as it's a very busy road). From the room we booked you could see the whole beach and it was beautiful to wake up to each morning. You can directly access the beach from the back of the resort! The staff were really lovely, although their English was limited, they still helped us where they could and even let us temporarily use a room after check out to shower and get changed in. Breakfast was good and was everything we could need (restaurant also has a beautiful view and the staff are friendly).

The room itself was a lot different than what the photos make it seem like. The interior walls and tiles make it look like a hospital room or something and the aircon definitely needed to be cleaned!! The bed was still great and it was mostly clean. It was a bit of a pain to trek up so many stairs to get back to our room and up to the restaurant, but that's nothing that can be changed due to the physical layout of the resort.

The location with super views and access to Karon Beach (10 minutes walk). All the staff at this family run hotel were super friendly and attentive to our requests. The bedroom / bathroom was a good size with a lovely sea view balcony. The swimming pool was nice but could do with some new umbrellas and seat cushions!! The breakfast was great. Scooter hire from the hotel was very useful. The family owners and the staff were wonderful. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend this hotel.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing. Almost all the rooms have balconies and windows facing the beautiful Karon Beach and the Andaman Sea, offering breathtaking views. The staff deserves special recognition – they were exceptional, attentive, and truly caring. Every request was met with prompt attention and genuine hospitality. I particularly want to highlight the owner and his family. A lady named Noo and her daughter Meow were especially kind and welcoming. Noo went above and beyond to assist me by arranging a massage therapist to come to my room. Each time I requested, within 10 minutes, I received an excellent Thai massage from a skilled local therapist who, as I understood, lived nearby. The hotel is located on a hill and has approximately 170 steps leading down to the beach. While I didn’t find it difficult to return to the hotel after a beach visit, it might be challenging for older guests to manage the climb. However, the hotel’s proximity to the center of Karon makes it very convenient and accessible. The beach was clean, sandy, and not crowded. You can rent sunbeds with an umbrella and table for 100 THB from the restaurant at the beach (not affiliated with the hotel). The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, except for a phone. Housekeeping is provided upon request by hanging a sign on your door. I arrived three hours earlier than the standard check-in time and was allowed to access my room without any extra charge. The staff also assisted me with my luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. If I return to Phuket, I would choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to everyone who doesn't mind a bit of exercise when going to and from the beach.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely staff. And a fantastic location with incredible views over the beach and a short stroll down steps onto the best part of the beach too (quiet and tranquil with a beach bar). Short taxi ride into the main town where we went each evening. The restaurant was great - we had breakfast each morning which was fabulous. Had we stayed longer, we would have tried a dinner there too.

It’s a little tired and outdated decor wise but as our room was clean and given the incredible views from our room over the sea, we could look beyond this. Do try to get the rooms closer to the beach for the best views!

Friendly, helpful staff before and during our stay. Our bags were taken to our room on arrival and collected on departure. Small problem with light fixed as soon as we reported it. The room was great, perfect size, effective air conditioning, comfortable bed, water provided daily, good en-suite and shower. Stunning views from our room and the restaurant. Balcony with seating and sink (a clothes airer would have been useful to dry beachwear). Good food selection at restaurant (open 0730 - 1930) at fair price. Direct access to Karon beach from the hotel. Hotel in pick-up zone for most tours in Phuket. Really enjoyed our stay, sorry to leave.

A few minor points - we loved being here. We knew there were lots of steps, but some are uneven and poorly marked, also no handrail on some sections. I was every careful after tripping up twice in the first couple of hours. Restaurant closes fairly early in the evening, so not ideal if you're back late from a tour as need to get a taxi into town otherwise (do not attempt to walk along the road: dangerous bend, busy and no footpath). Toilet facilities at the restaurant not as clean as they should be.

Had a fantastic view over the sea and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very big, suitable for a couple of a small family. It was clean and a well functioning AC. They had a pool open 24/7 that you could use.The restaurant was of good quality and had a magnificent view of the sea and beach. It was only 3-5 min walking to the beach that felt like almost empty when I was there. The beach is 4km long On the beach, very close to the stairs to the hotel was a restaurant smack on the beach. You literally sat on the beach with chairs in the sand. They offering “homemade “ Thai food and various diff tasty dishes Well worth the visit

While you can tell that covid has had an impact on the resort's overall condition its still a beautiful resort. The rooms only need a few touch ups. The views from the room, pool and restaurant are all awesome and the staff are very warm and welcoming.

Climbing the steps up the hill. But the name of the resort gives you fair warning of what to expect. Also a bit far from the centre of Karon. A shuttle bus every hour or two to the town centre would be a good idea.

If I could give this place 20 out of 10 I wouldn't hesitate. They are simply fantastic! The family running it are absolute gems. They try to help every way they can and are just beyond accommodating. I needed to buy some food after we checked in late at night and the nearest open restaurant was about 3km away. The owner offered me his own motorbike to go get the food for my family. They provided us with excellent advice on good deals for transport and entertainment, and even booked us a cheaper cab service for a city tour and airport dropoff, all without making a dime in profit. They have a lovely pool and are right on the beach. Definitely recommend them.
