My husband and I loved staying here and plan to return. The hotel is small, with rooms set around one of two swimming pools, all surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants. It felt like a private oasis, and our room was really clean, comfortable, and quiet too. It's about 3-5 minutes walk to Bangtao Beach (which is gorgeous) via the short cut that the hotel staff can show you, and there are a lot of restaurants just a few minutes walk away too. Thank you so such Charm, Manee, Ta and all of the other staff and we hope to see you again before too long.

We had a villa with pool access. It was a large room with a large bathroom. It opened directly onto the pool area. The air con was excellent. The cooked breakfast was individually prepared, not buffet style. Although very close to the town, it was very quiet and peaceful. All the staff were helpful and friendly. They booked us an early taxi ( 05.15 ) which arrived on time. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Lovely small resort. Bungalow type accommodation around a small garden with two pools. Staff friendly and attentive. Nice choices for breakfast.

It is a short walk to the bars and restaurants and the beach but this wasn't a problem for us.

Spent 3 nights, wish we had longer. Fabulous beach minutes away, good places to eat . Breakfast in Pai Tan was great. Cooked to order with fresh cold fruit and juices etc. pool at our rooms brilliant, we had it to ourselves. Mini fridge was best we had during 21 day holiday. Pai Tan had everything we needed, sunbeds at pool, clothes horse to dry wet swim gear. Daily housekeeping. Charm is a great guy, so helpful, nothing noo much bother, arranged elephant sanctuary trip (10mins away). We chose Bangtao to wind down before flight home. It is a great area, everyone welcoming and friendly. We decided against larger sprawling hotels, so glad we did or we would not have experienced such a fantastic time in Pai Tan Villas or had pleasure of meeting Charm and his team who treated us so well.

The fact that there weren’t enough sun beds and people tended to put towels on them leaving some people without a sun bed . maybe each room should have their own sun bed

Our stay at Pai Tan Villas was the perfect start to our holiday in Southern Thailand. Owners Charm and his mother Manee are gracious and attentive hosts and communications with them were timely and efficient throughout. Pan Tai Villas is a small resort with a personal and friendly touch. Our room with direct access to the pool was spacious and comfortable and there was a generous ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean and in good working order. Breakfast was generous and set us up for the day. The location is 5 minutes walk to Bang Tao Beach and there is a great selection of bars, restaurants and various shops close by. Charm and Manee helped us with Airport transfer on arrival and onward transport to our next destination. We highly recommend Pan Tai Villas.

Good small hotel for calm staying , staff was exceptional, good breakfast, there is something to chose.

We stayed here as it was recommended by a friend. My first impression was they are very prompt with responding prior to our stay! Its about a 5-10min walk to Bangtao MMA & shortcut through the alleyway to 7-Eleven store. Nice and quiet area. Good room and love walking out to the pool. Liked that there is a personal clothes rack out front to dry out gear from swimming and training. Although language was sometimes a barrier, staff were friendly and very helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfy! They gave us good suggestions for the area such as getting the Grab App for transport. And when we didnt want to eat out they were able to order us food which was nice and affordable. Also liked how we could log into netflix on the tv :)

Couldn’t have a bath because water wasn’t coming out clean. Could have been from the rain not sure. But the shower water was fine. And found the cost of getting laundry done pricey, depending on how much you need done.

The property was beautiful. The villas are spacious, clean, cleaned daily and provided with cold water. The pool is really nice and the landscaping was great. Location to the town was perfect. good recommendations from staff. beach was only a 4-5 min walk away and lots of great restaurants close. However best of all was the staff. small family run business. Most of our interactions were with Charm the manager (son of the family). He was so kind and helpful. He also helped schedule and book our ferry tickets to Koh Phi Phi and Krabi. So far our best stay experience in Thailand (Bang Tao beach) with some of the nicest people. And even one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. Thanks Charm and family!

Honestly no comment. Our stay was better than expected. All staff were great.
