The beds are super comfy! Everything is also clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious. I stay at this hotel every year during my trip to Phuket with my family. We like the location, it’s close to Phuket town, to Central, to IKEA, and also you could easily get to any beach. Also, there are few restaurants in the walking distance, and the Big C supermarket is just across the street.

The breakfast was OK, but it was not so much of the fresh vegetables

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. They provided every toilet amenities and the room smell so good. Thanks to the cleaner who is in charge of this rooms. The air-conditioner works perfectly and the view from room number 1213 was worth the money we paid. The room also had a mini refrigerator and the towels provided were clean. I will surely come back if I ever come to Phuket. Recommended. also, to be mentioned the receptionist was really very nice.

The tv might have Netflix for the tourists visiting the property. Please consider it as a suggestion, not a complaint. liked everything. plz maintain your property like this.

Great Staff. The food for breakfast was varied, fresh and Tasty with good selections of fresh fruit too the girls preparing it were very diligent and always quick with a smile. (Thank you. You always started my day well) The girls on the desk were always willing to give us a hand in directions and car rental. . Pool is long and warm and clean and partially shaded, fantastic to have a dip after a great day out. The room is quite big for 3 people. English channels were assessable on the tv. balcony facing the pool with lines for hanging wet bathers. Despite busy road, room was quiet. Plenty of small but good restaurants and street food. good location for boat rides and island trips and big Buda. Big hello to Ma from the tour guide shop at bus terminal 2 next to the motorcycle hire. Her tour prices were cheaper than others with a car to pick you up at your hotel (others more expensive were picking you up with a mini bus. We were always first at the pier so no crowd and easy to register. Great Trips. boat crews and guide always helpful......

This is my bad as haven’t checked properly on my first time coming to Phuket, but the location was an issue for us. If you don’t rent a scooter, it’s very stressful to be dependent on Taxis only. Phuket is very busy with traffic, it takes a long time ro reach the main attractions/beaches from this hotel. The only place that is reachable by walk is Phuket Old town - and it takes 40 min. I would recommend the hotel as it has great rooms and swimming pool, but location is probably the worst.

It was a very pleasant stay. Some of the staff were a little shy and perhaps don't speak much English, but everyone was courteous and helpful to the best of their abilities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was quite nice and relatively large, and the restaurant served a very nice breakfast with lots of fresh greens. We had a small problem with a smell coming from the bathroom drain, but the young housekeeper noticed without us mentioning it and she made sure to clean it and make our room smell very nice. She also did a very good cleaning job and made sure we had pool towels, etc. The front desk staff were also very kind. They made sure to help us any time we asked, and were very fast. Also the restaurant worker cleaned the kitchen immaculately after breakfast was over. Not quite a 5*, but I'd be happy to stay here again, solid 4* and reasonably priced.

Just the smell in the drains, maybe they can fix this in the future. The young housekeeper did a great job and fixed it right away so it wasn't so bad, but 24 hours later the smell started to come back. Some people don't like the location because it's a long walk to town centre, but if you don't mind the distance it is a lovely location. Lots of crickets and frogs (instead of bar sounds and motorcycles). Also a big supermarket and kfc are just across the road.

Breakfast variety is not a lot but that’s alright because it was tasty and neatly served.

Some of the staff need to be more attentive and welcoming especially the front desk officers. Well that will definitely will make the guest feel welcomed and might considering coming back again to the hotel. That is something that were lack of from my opinion especially one of the staff on Sunday noon shift. She was not much helping, rude and language barriers. Love the other staff that helped me with my check-ins on Wednesday night.

The room size was good and bed was comfortable. It was a quite place with an acceptable swimming pool for free of charge. A lot of street food shops was nearby.

There was no elevator and it was difficult to bring luggage to my room in second floor. The hotel was far from attractions of the city.

It's a nice hotel the staff are friendly and my room was huge. The pool is long and very well kept. The breakfast was good, eat as much as you want buffet, with choices of Asian and Western food.

It's a long way out from the old town and if you choose to walk it as I did the pavements are not good if they exist at all and the road is very busy.

Huge spacious room, refreshing pool, smiling staff, good parking. We especially loved our Daily cleaning of room, it smelled great and everything was so clean! Our First stop in Thailand and it was great choice. Also about 150 m are many many restaurants so dont worry you will not be hungry.

I missed cheese on the breakfast. Also small hand towels on room would be nice. But it is just my opinion, this hotel was really nice and im recommending :)

value for money. The hotel is located near a supermarket, gym and the Halal Street so you do get a lot of options. It is near Phuket town (about 5-10min drive via motorcycle) so it is still accessible but not too crowded

Some dishes for breakfast are the same all throughout the stay, but that’s a very minimal concern.
