The hotel location is excellent, near supermarkets, restaurants, and Patong beach. Bedroom is big, and love the ones with direct access to the pool.

Wifi in the bedroom doesn't work well. That was the only issue I had on my stay. And every time had to reconnect to wifi if I was in the lobby or restaurant.

Great location as 5 minutes walking to the beach, staff is super nice and helpful, laundry service what is a plus and nice pool.

The main problem is cleanliness of the room, we used two different rooms and those had spider webs and different kind of bugs having home on the ceiling of the rooms. Ceilings have also a bit fungus.

Rooms clean. Near to all beach and other tourist attractions. 7 eleven. Location is very convenient

Wifi is slow and when I booked hotel promised there is shuttle service everyday to Phuket center and other place. But they don’t have.

The hotel was great, room was very spacious. The staff were always very polite & always happy to help. Hotel has laundry service which was fantastic & handy. Hotel location is perfect with a 7/11 across the road, massage shops, restaurants everywhere & short walk to beach, mall & markets. Will stay here again, we loved this hotel. Safe & we had no issues with our belongings, highly recommend.

The only negative was the bed was very hard but just as hard as our friends bed at a higher rated hotel. But the hardest out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Thailand.

The stuff is so helpful and nice , the hotel room big and clean , the pool view and the pool is amazing , the location so great so close from the Patong Beach and the Bangla road

The bed is uncomfortable it so hard i need a hard massage after staying for 9 nights, also there is no bed or sofa for the child and when we request extra bed they request from us to pay a lot of money, the breakfast was so bad , there is no many choices and everyday same meals and not so delicious.

Despite a rating of 3 stars, this hotel is much more in many ways. It's location may be on the verge of Pa Tong Beach but it's still quite accessible without the hum and drum you get in the middle of the town. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel itself is quite contained given the price. The pools allow for a swim or just a dip depending on your needs and, the decor, albeit not beach huts or the likes but do definitely ring a tone of tropical to them.

The tech in the hotel is slightly backward, you still get in room WiFi and cable TV of sorts but yeah, the bare minimum.

Spacious rooms, nice balcony, clean pool cleaned every day or two. Good location

Mattress was a bit hard, there was a constant smell of paint, bit annoying, but maitinence needs to be done at some stage.
