The hotel is located in the south of the island, a good starting point for the islands. It has a very nice, good-looking swimming pool, grade 10. The rooms are large, we had a room with 3 beds for children and parents. They have rooms on the ground floor, from which you can go directly to your own pool. Fresh, delicious breakfast with European but also Thai specific influences.

The staff leaves much to be desired, at least in attitude. At first he smiles nicely for a second, but after that he treats you with indifference. It seems that he is always trying to cheat some prices, and if you are not careful you pay more. They are not fair on the prices. For example, before arriving at the hotel, I requested a transfer, and they told me it would cost me 1700 Bth. After arriving at the hotel, I saw on the board that the price for the transfer was actually 1000 Bth. All in all, if you get over these, it is a very nice location for a family with children.

The resort is beautifully designed around a fabulous central pool within a lush tropical garden setting. Rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean . A very nice ambiance. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast on offer wasn’t very good. All the standard stuff, however underwhelming and coffee was terrible. Lack of quality Thai options was disappointing considering where you are!

The fact there was not enough lounge chairs and that in the morning people would put a towel on the chair or bag and disappear, to come back hours later. That should be stopped if you are not using the lounges you cannot claim them with a towel. It’s unfair to people who wish to use them and also the hotel needs to add more chairs

The hotel has a great location, the staff was very friendly and the pool area was amazing. The design is a little dated, yet I felt it gave the hotel some charm. The bath in the room was great, really enjoyed it in a rainy day. The breakfast was good, not a lot of vegetarian options (but it's the same in old the hotel we stayed in Thailand). The hotel offers free transfer to nai harn beach, which is amazing.

While the hotel was overall clean, some areas could use a deep cleaning (like the ornaments in the bedroom)

As we always got up late, the hot breakfast item were always cold

The Pool was very large and continuously cleaned .We had Monsoon Rain and Wind , but it always looked good. Our rooms ( we had 3 different ones over our stay ) all had peculiar layouts ie hand basin in the middle of the bedroom or full size mirror on the toilet door . Rooms were always clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an included buffet style . I always enjoyed the variety. Unfortunately some guests wasted more than they ate . I found that disrespectful to our hosts .

Overall I liked all aspects of this resort . If the weather had been better we could have used more of the facilities . I am Not Blaming the Resort in any way .

Spacious room and pools

Breakfast variety is limited and there is no sign for housekeeping service. If I don't want housekeeper to clean my room, I have to call reception. It's inconvenient sometimes.

Pool area:The pool area is beautiful and spacious, with a pool bar that serves smoothies, ice cream, and drinks to guests both in and out of the water. Unfortunately, as is often the case, there are too few sun loungers and, above all, too few sun umbrellas. Some of the sun umbrellas and loungers are also broken or very worn. Around the hotel area, there are several ponds with 50 cm large (koi?) fish. Breakfast: Breakfast is served on a large covered terrace. The selection is not huge, but most of what you might want is available. I didn’t find the coffee tasty, but that’s a matter of preference. Reception: We were initially offered two ground-floor rooms, but they had no good seating areas outside, so we switched to rooms with a balcony. This was done without any problems, and the staff was very friendly. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. We also received great help in booking excursions. Room: The beds were (as everywhere in Thailand) quite firm. The room had plenty of power outlets that worked with European plugs. We had two connecting rooms and kept the door open since the children stayed in one of them. However, the air conditioning units counteracted each other, making one room constantly freezing and the other very warm. This would probably have worked much better with the connecting door closed. The bathroom had a floor-to-ceiling window facing the bedroom. The roller blind covering the window had gaps of several cm, so there was quite a bit of visibility into the toilet and shower. The bathroom lacked any hooks for hanging towels or clothes—there wasn’t a single hook in the room or hallway either. Surroundings: Rawai Beach is a bit dirty and not suitable for swimming. Take a transfer to one of the other beaches instead! There is a 7-Eleven nearby and a large supermarket 800 meters away. Stores in Thailand do not sell alcohol in the afternoons (good to know). The restaurants Vida Nova and Costa Grill 200m away are excellent!

The hotel was nice, with a great pool view, comfortable beds, a lovely bathtub, and very spacious rooms. The beach was about a 20-minute walk away, but there are other nice beaches that would require a taxi. The water was refilled daily, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay—there were fruits, granola, and some lunch-type dishes, which I didn’t personally prefer, but it was a decent offering. The pools were amazing, with loads of sunbeds always available for everyone, which made it easy to relax. The staff were nice and friendly, and they were very helpful with our luggage. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great amenities and friendly service.

We stayed in a deluxe pool access room and it was outstanding. Huge space, beautiful decor, shower and bath were amazing and the access to the pool was actually a private pool outside your room with built in seats in the water with a opening to go out to main pool. The resort grounds and pool were so big and beautiful with a perfect beach pool for kids. It exceeded out expectations. Location was great if you want a quieter pace. It was perfect for us.

The breakfast was not that great. The bacon was gross. That is the only negative, as everything else about the resort was fantastic
