Breakfast was good and you can make different choices between your morning meals including youghurt, granola etc. You can also take good coffee and fresh juice, one day we get tasty pancakes and that was awesome!

1) I linked my debit card to booking.com account and make a booking for this apartments and on next day they sent info that money cannot be hold from my debit card cause they are need only credit card, i go further by the link and make payment for this reservation. When we arrived they didn't receive payment from booking.com and can't get keys from the room about 20 minutes and we stay at the lobby with our stuff. Not so good when you travel about 8 hours by the car. 2) Add some bacon to your breakfast eggs and this will make it incredible )

Amazing place to stay in Phuket. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is SO comfortable. The pool area is also really nice - small, but not crowded at the moment, so I enjoyed it. Staff was always polite and helpful (thank you for the umbrella!). The location is great: 1 minute to 7-11, 3 minutes to the central mall with lots of shops, places to eat, etc. Would definitely stay there again

No slipper.

We stayed in Trabelodge 5 nights. We have been initially placed in a room on 4th floor next to the elevator, however we got worried it will be noisy, so we asked the staff to change the room and they immediately arranged it. They gave us 415 the last room on the floor. It was quiet and we enjoyed good night sleep. They were very efficient blackout curtains, great water pressure and good shower. We liked it was 5 min walking distance to Central Phuket mall. Next to the hotel was 24h laundry and you pay 150BHT for washing and drying. You could find also massage parlor and pharmacy as well. 7/11 was 10 min walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was 500BHT for 2 people a bit pricey, but good, you could find different options to chose from. The hotel had nice design, we definitely enjoyed spending time in the pool, even when it rained. We could order cocktails as it was all day long Happy hour. There is small gym with dumbells range 2.5kg to 25kg, a bench, a cable machine and few cardio machines. It worked fine for me. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

There was one thing that we weren't happy about and that was that their restaurant wasn't open for lunch and dinner, only for breakfast. So you have to organise and eat somewhere else. We mostly ate in the mall. Also in the description said that the hotel provides a free shuttle to the Old Town, but during our stay it was not operational as they said they have no driver at the time. So we used mostly taxis and Grab for transportation. I would recommend if there is changes, they should update the information in Booking.com, so it is accurate and up to date. That way people can have a more real picture of what to expect and do not get disappointed.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to a 7-Eleven, and the hotel food is enjoyable, though the selection is somewhat limited. There is a self-service laundry nearby, and guests can benefit from a free transfer service to Central Floresta. Additionally, all the staff members are friendly and very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel room is clean and spacious, and the shower water runs efficiently.

One issue with the room is that the shower can suddenly become extremely hot without warning.

Good location. Clean, modern, urban hotel. Good value for money. Helpful reception staff. Free taxi to the fabulous Shopping Centre which was great. Not too far from Old Town (taxi ride).

The food was poor.The cooked breakfast was generally luke warm or cold-however I did discover towards the end of our stay that If I asked they would cook eggs fresh for me so after that I had hot eggs for breakfast! Amazing! One evening we ordered food. It was served cold and we had to send it back. In retrospect I should have complained as it wasn't cheap. Very disappointing.

Its really near to the mall (approx 5 mins walk), its also near to big c and makro (all within 15 mins walk distance), great for shopping! There is also 7 11 across street and also a masssage place just round the corner (pls dont trust google map, all fake). The room is also spacious, clean and have all the necessary. Just that it will be better if there is weighing machine in the room. Dont expect much view as its just small town..

Breakfast menu too limited. Should have more varieties considering so many foreigners, there should be thai food like tom yum there, and for western, shd have more varieties.
