The rooms had everything you needed, including an extension cable, and hairdryer.

The bathroom was basic, i'm not keen on shower curtains and this was the only option to keep water off the floor. Plus the drains smelt really bad any time you turned on the shower/flushed the toilet/turned on the tap in the sink. There was also an ant problem in the bathroom only

Great location across the street from gorgeous beach. Some units have a peek at the ocean in the distance. Huge bed (2 twins pushed together makes a king). Great AC for relief from hot humid weather. Large refrigerator with a freezer was a nice surprise. Good water pressure and hot water. Friendly kind staff. EXCELLENT food in the restaurant!! All u can eat ribs/grilled chicken, All u can eat Steak/Grilled Chicken/Pork tenderloin. The best Spaghetti Carbonara and Garlic Bread (separate) I’ve ever had. American Breakfast with real bacon and fried hash browns was a delight!

Big tall stairs outside to get up to the hotel rooms. There were 50 to the level we were on. Even more up to the top units. With an injured ankle this was horrible for me. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Also, if it’s raining you and your luggage will get soaked going up/down the stairs. The good thing is the staff is kind to carry luggage for you. Last thing: we had the “do not disturb” sign up every day, but the staff came in to make bed/clean every day anyway. One reason we didn’t want that is because we keep the curtains closed to block the hot sun from coming in through the glass sliding doors. But the always opened the curtains all the way up. Very good cleaners but recommend you don’t go in if the “do not disturb” sign is up.

The location is absolutely fabulous and the price was incredible. Super value for money and would visit again for sure.

Breakfast was horrible. You could order from 4 things on the menu and it didnt have any sweet breakfast just eggs and noodles. If you want a cappuccino you have to pay extra so they gave me a disgusting coffee instead. Room is a bit old and hot water isnt hot enough. Also hated the fact that the hotel didnt have a reception and the restaurant staff did the check in so I had noone to ask questions, recommendation etc which really sucked. The restaurant also the food was not good at all.

The hotel is very simple but comfortable, the room has everything needed though everything is very simple, overall it was pleasant to stay in the hotel especially because of people who work there. It doesn't work for people who can't walk upstairs as all the floors are several levels up, no lift. The location is close to the sea, a bit away from the lively area of Kata, people who work in the hotel are all great. overall, it seems like it's the hotel that has the minimum pack of everything to feel comfortable

What could be improved is that the shower could be a bit refreshed and the breakfast was a bit too simple (not much variety, not many fruits etc.)

The location is great, in vicinity of everything in Kata, and 3 minutes from the beach. The view from the balcony is nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast is very good! And the personnel very kind - they also provided takeaway breakfast the evening before we left because our flight was too early for normal breakfast, and we didn't even ask for it. We didn't mind the 4 staircases needed to reach our room, but someone with reduced mobility would.

The shower could have more pressure, and the shower handle needed a change. The sink was slightly clogged. Nothing terrible.

The room was perfect with a clear sea view that I was greeted with each morning through my large sliding window doors. The property was great, staff were excellent and the singers (two ladies), were exceptional - I loved their sets each night!

Only minor - but the restaurant was next to the road which can be a bit loud and there was no elevator. Fortunately a gentleman staff member took my case up for me. These things would not stop me staying again though.

it is stones throw away from the beach and plenty of surf school available, not to mention the sea view where you can check on the wave condition all the time. Besides that, there are a few convenient stores within mins of walk. Though there's a bar downstairs that serves as the hotel's restaurant, its relatively quiet at night.

There are no facilities in the hotel besides the restaurant but it is not a major issue for me.

Very good location to beach and town. Great breakfast. Ending up extending our 2 nights to 4 nights.

Very minimal complaints but our tea/coffee wasn’t restocked every day. Also the cleaning staff would try and come in while you went to breakfast, so if you had a quick breakfast you felt like you couldn’t go back upstairs. At one point my partner was still in the bathroom and they came in when I had gone to breakfast which was a bit frustrating for him . Also the shower head was pointing in a less than ideal direction which made showering hard.

Location was great, very central and in a nice area. 2 mins from the beach. Staff were super nice and the restaurant downstairs had decent food and live music which was lovely! Thanks for the great service!

Minor things but I think would help a lot. I think the room needed white transparent curtains to attain some privacy while getting some lights in. The room was in a passage way so it needs that. Also water pressure could be better but wasn’t horrible.

Great location to get to Kata beach - 3 mins walk in fact! Great restaurant below too, had a great all you can eat surf and turf night on a Wednesday! (Although not your classic Thai food it was delicious and nice for a meal that was a bit different). The hotel room itself was fairly basic but had everything you need - big fridge filled with bottled water everyday, big bed, decent shower and wardrobe space - plus a couple of little deck chairs on the terrace which was lovely to sit and read or chill to end the day! Staff were all helpful and friendly too.
