I had the best time at this hotel! Everything was on point, but the pool? Absolutely loved it. I literally spent most of my time there—super clean, spacious, and just perfect for chilling. Beautiful hotel. We had the 2 bedroom suite. Perfect for our family. Everything is new. Pool and kids area was great.

We were put in building 7 which was a 100 meter uphill walk from the main lobby and pool. It was difficult as we have 3 kids and 2 prams. It did ruin our stay. Also the air conditioning in the kids club didn't work so our kids were melting in the room. Location was just a little too far away from the main beach but also not the worst. Had an annoying up hill walk back.

Very nice, modern hotel complex. The pools are amazing and spread all over the place. This hotel is perfect for families with young kids. The bed was very comfortable and the staff upgraded us to a better froom because we had an infant with us.

The breakfast buffet was very sub-par for a 4 star hotel. This was a big disappointment. The price of 300 baht per person was too high for what was supplied at the buffet. Clearly the thought behind this buffet is to save money and not with the guests in mind. The airconditioning in the ceiling has a resonating sound that pierces through walls, mattresses and pillows, so every couple of minutes when you have your head on the pillow to sleep, you can hear this. Very annoying.

The location turned out to be not convenient!!! Very far from the airport and the area is not cheap, far from Patong and other beaches in the center. But the worst thing is that there is no beach, you have to take a shuttle bus at a certain time. Next to the hotel pier for boats and not swim! Regarding the staff I can say not convenient to constantly write, ie if you do not have a smartphone - you don't have communication with the hotel staff. Also nothing was indicated in Booking that it is necessary to leave a deposit at check-in. And what upset me most of all that they did not allow me to take with me a plate of fruit from breakfast. I explained that I was not feeling well and could not eat it now, but later I was eaten, the staff refused. So I wouldn't stop here again.
