Having travelled all over Thailand for 40 days, myself and my partner both agree that this was our favourite stay of the whole trip. The staff here are wonderful. Despite not being able to speak English, we uses Google translate to converse and they were all super helpful and accommodating with any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. We loved the breakfast here - there was lots of variety, with daily staples like sausage, toast, eggs, coffee and juice being coupled with Asian dishes like chicken rice and congee. All delicious and fresh. Our room was super clean and large, with a lovely balcony overlooking the property too. The fridge was ideal to keep the bottled water provided cold, and you are also given toiletries (soap, shower cap etc) daily. I’ve seen some reviews say that there is nothing to do here/ it’s hard to get around but I do not agree. It’s a 20 minute walk to the floating market or a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride (you can ask for one to be called for you). There is also a songthaew bus stop in Amphawa which can take you to Maeklong Railway Market for 10 baht. Also if you wander around the local area on foot you will find some incredibly beautiful cafes scattered about. There is also a 7 Eleven for snacks etc. Finally, the restaurant literally outside of the hotel gates is so good and affordable. You won’t need to go far to eat well!

Staff was warm and helpful. Love the breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spacious. Location is near floating market, about 5min drive. Free parking on site. Cute puppies.

Electric kettle had a short circuit. Staff tried to help us change room but rooms were full. Amenities were basic for the price.

This is a family business, and the family that runs it is very accommodating. Everyone in our party loved the home-cooked breakfast that included both Thai and Western options. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet and the room had everything it needed and was comfortable and clean.

this isn't really a negative in most cases, but this is a rural area so expect to drive everywhere you want to go.

Simple breakfast was included in the price. The rural view from our balcony was lovely, and it was always quiet.

The half-hour walk along the road into the centre, to get to the floating market - no footpath part of the way, which felt dangerous at night.

Simple but very pleasant hotel to stay forca couple of days in Amphawa. Friendly staff comfy beds and good breakfast. Had a perfect stay.

Good quiet location away from the bustling floating market crowd but not too far so you can enjoy the visit. We have stayed here many times before and will continue to return!

Peaceful away from the crowd plus not too far from the main floating market area. Also located in the midst of a flowing canal with lots of lush green trees.

Most importantly the beds were very comfortable rooms are spacious and clean and nicely appointed. The grounds are well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and different each day. The staff was very helpful when needed.
