The breakfast was superb, wonderful Thai flavour, good amount and variety. The hotel provides water, tea, coffee and fruit throughout the day, plus free access to bikes which are so useful to look around Sukhothai. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. They helped us to book transport for our onward journey. Well worth exploring, a day trip to Sri Satchanalai. The location is very convenient, we cycled to see to the historical ruins and wandered along the main street for food etc., yet the hotel is on a quiet side street.

Amazing and varied Thai breakfast!! There is also fruit, water, hot drinks and instant soup available for free throughout the day. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spacious. Location is great, right around the corner from the historical park and lively main street. Be aware that it is not the most quiet area, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. You can use the hotel's bikes for free to drive around town and explore. All staff members were very friendly and gladly gave advice about the surrounding area and what to visit/where to eat. While there is no elevator in this accommodation, the staff was very kind and helped guests with their luggage when needed. Thank you for a great stay!!

Not really anything noteworthy, just while booking, be aware that there are two parts of the hotel: We stayed in the older wooden building and while we enjoyed that just fine, furniture and other facilities weren't the newest.

The staff were amazingly friendly, the place is very, very clean. I arrived early, but they allowed me to check-in. The location is very good, in the centre of the village, close to the park entrance and the market. Free bikes to use (and they're quite good).

Nothing much, just that when I asked for a ride to the airport they offered me a private one, 800 baht. Luckily it wasn't my first time in Sukhothai so I knew there's a much cheaper shared van (300 thb). It didn't actually bother me they offered the more expensive option first, some people prefer privacy. This isn't a 4 or 5 star hotel, it's a family run guesthouse so don't expect the same amenities like in a 4 star hotel.

Location was great. Everything within walking / cycling distance. Very welcoming! Free use of bikes! Bananas, cookies, water, ice and tea and coffee available at all hours downstairs. Beautiful gardens and rustic rooms - wooden. Breakfast varied and lovely. Staff really helpful and welcoming! 😊

Beds a bit hard. Bit noisy in the early morning on the road but dark enough to go back to sleep at least, if woken up. Would be good to have covers on all the breakfast dishes laid out 🙏

Nice staff, actively explained everything we might need at arrival. Location is great, close to the historical park, you can even visit the park at sunrise and come back for breakfast before continuing the visit. The breakfast is a highlight, I couldn't speak for western people, but the large choice and good quality is so great for asian people's taste. Also, it's very convenient to have free bicycle, there are more than sufficient bicycles available, no need (and not possible) to reserve.

Great location and free bike loans were extremely helpful. Staff very nice and helpful and gave it the personal touch, including the manager. The breakfast was unusually good for this kind of establishment. Area was quiet (considering it was Loy Kratong anyway) which makes it better than some other places which were right on the main road.

Beer fridge in the reception wasn't plugged in, so I got a warm beer. Otherwise, all good.

It was really close by the historical park. We could use the bikes for free to visit the park. The breakfast was really nice! They also offered all day free water, bananas and instant noodles. When we decided to checkout a day early (it was way to hot for us and especially our toddler to not have a swimming pool), they were still very friendly and gave us some bananas for the trip.

The fact that they didn’t have a swimming pool was because of the temperature the only reason why we left early.

This was a lovely family run hotel with a nice feel to it. Although the room decor is basic we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good and they have free tea, coffee, fruit and instant noodles available in the dining room all day. There are also lots of different sized bikes that we were free to use. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk to the main street where there are restaurants and shops and only a 10 min walk to the museum and central zone of the historical park. They also do laundry for 100 baht per basket.

The bathroom is a wet room but it wasn't really a problem

Breakfast buffet in lovely dining area. Many bikes available for guests to take and use, no need to reserve or sign them out. Location was walking distance to everything - restaurants, night market, 7-Eleven, shops. We biked to and around the Historic Park. Quiet neighbourhood.

What a splendid place to stay! All amenities one could hope for at this standard of hotel- cheerful friendly staff, generous varied breakfast with various dishes on offer, free bikes in good condition, great location for the historical park and easy for local restaurants etc. snacks and tea and coffee available all day long, impossible not to appreciate time spent staying here.

We didn’t like leaving the hotel. If guests had mobility issues, no rooms on ground level floor.
