The staff made you feel very welcome and extremely accommodating to any request that you had. It would appear to be a family run business and that reflects in the way you are treated by all staff. An excellent location for quick access to the airport which the hotel organised a taxi for us for 150 batts which was excellent value. Highly recommend this hotel as a layover before a flight out of the airport . On final point the Pool /Jacuzzi was very welcoming on a hot day.

Could have been upgraded here and there - nothing major perhaps a bit paint .

Lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help us. The small cafe looked disappointing with only a small menu, but the food was fabulous and plentiful.

Unfortunately the room floor was wooden laminate, totally unsuitable for the climate so was water/heat damaged in several places. This made it uncomfortable underfoot and the door jammed every time you tried to open/close. Also the concrete bedside tables were useless- too small to be of any use and not level so you can't even put a cup on it! No soap provided for use with the wash basin, only in the shower.

It was quit, e rooms and good selection of books in their library. Staff was very friendly. Good food

The staff was amazing. It was close to the airport which was great. The restaurant was phenomenal. I did not expect it to be so good so this was a very pleasant surprise! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool looked amazing although we didn’t have time to swim in it.

It was all going great until the people in the next room started slamming doors and talking loudly late at night (12am). We hardly slept. I would advise much better soundproofing between rooms 2/3.

Clean property with great facilities, including great pool and cafe/restaurant on site. Staff were lovely and helped us arrange a taxi for the morning to the airport for a good price. The location is perfect for the airport, only a 10 min drive. But nothing else around which is why it’s mainly a pre/post airport stay.

Great place to spend one night that is very close to the airport. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and modern. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant is good. Wifi works perfectly. AC works well. They organized a taxi for my flight.

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear a lot from your neighbor and there was a leak problem in my bathroom

Great hotel, decent price, clean rooms, very accommodating helping us get around and use the pool before check in, minutes from the airport, would stay again if needed, found a cheap restaurant nearby walking along the main road

A lot of mosquitoes, nothing to do / eat nearby it’s really just convenient for the airport, comparably expensive to eat the for Thailand

The Saltwater pool is wonderful! Cute little restaurant with nice food. Close to airport. They arranged taxis for us. Very clean, neat rooms.

Very basic. Could have done with 2 pillows for each bed, it's a little uncomfortable to try to sit up and read with just 1 pillow against concrete wall. Small cake of soap for basin would be good, only liquid body wash supplied in shower. Not hotel's fault but lots of mosquito's!

I cannot fault this place. We only spent a very brief night here before heading to Khao Sok National Park, but the time we had was great. We ate at the restaurant on site, and got iced coffee there the next morning. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very appealing and clean! There's a lovely friendly cat onsite too.

Super nice hotel very close to the airport, perfect before traveling further to the Islands. Very friendly staff, cute and modern rooms, very clean and nice pool area.

The surroundings are not nice, you should only use the hotel for a short stopover. (But it's a little oasis in the middle of nowhere.) Tiny points deduction for having no soap at the sink and dinner can only be ordered until 7pm. Food is a bit overpriced but good.
