Everything was great - friendly staff, location, layout, facilities and the breakfast and onsite restaurant food… apart from two things…

I have to agree with the majority of guests who have experienced the mattresses and commented on this 🥴 it is the one and only fail of this place and for the price I think a comfortable sleep is pretty important. I suggest they use the concrete mattresses to pave the rough, unlit road that offers the only access to the resort. Both a quick cheap fix - change the mattresses and have solar powered lights on the road - why this hasn’t happened yet I don’t understand as those two things appear to be the two issues from guests… including me.

Room and bathroom very good size. We had the best massage at Pharaoh Spa. The location was not great as inland from main road and 2km of dirt road to get to hotel. Could not walk to main road or streets. No beach as well so cannot walk as water comes upto the wall of hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant and the pizza was good.

Location was not good. No beach access or street access as have to walk 2km or call Taxi

Very stylish from reception to beach otherwise a disaster

Dirt track approach to hotel and no access to beach. No sunshades at the few sunbeds provided. Although the staff were friendly and helpful mostly did not have basic communication skills needed in a resort. Notice on reception stating that 3%extra would apply to credit card payments.TV did not work and staff sent to sort it out could not do so.

Lovely, very spacious room. We had room E09 (upper level) which had a clear view to the beach, just opposite the restaurant. Huge spa, but we didn’t use it (too long to fill, we guessed). The restaurant served great breakfast/dinner - exceptionally good, the Chardonnay burger and Hot beef salad. Great pool and cocktail bar, adjacent to it. The staff tried their hardest to accommodate us. One negative, though was, on SOME Friday nights, and our first night there, the beach bar (separate business) 30m from the restaurant, cranks up the music for an all night party - pounding full blast, non stop till 4.30am. The hotel were very obliging and moved us as far as possible, but we could still hear the pounding through the walls. I would suggest some guests might appreciate a little sleep and for the hotel to deal with this asap. Another glitch was the dirt road leading to the hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were lovely. The chef was awesome, had a delicious sea bass at his BBQ, restaurant on the beach was great

There was some kind of big party next to the hotel and we got no sleep as it was still thumping around 3am. We were surprised the Hotel didn't let us know. Our rooms were close to the boundary so most susceptible to this noise I think. When we mentioned to the reception desk, they didn't think it was a problem and laughed and said it happens.

- HUGE rooms that are very nice and comfortable. Actual chairs and sofas! This is rare in Southern Thailand - AMAZING shower that stays hot! Very hot! If you knew how rare this was in Thailand, you'd understand how much of a treat it is! - EXCELLENT staff! Everyone here is so nice and friendly and helpful - GREAT coffee! Also rare to find the coffee at the hotel so good - BEAUTIFUL sunsets every day from the tables at the beach.

- Breakfast options could be better. No potatoes. "Eggs royale" (benedict w smoked salmon, spinach) flavorless and disgusting. - No real beach, a wall was built at the ocean so the resort could be built. This killed the sandy beach there, but you can walk to the one next door. - No sun loungers anywhere but the pool - Some food at restaurant is good, like the pizza. But many choices are bland flavor and not so great. Also, everything on the menu is expensive. - Beds could be softer. Too hard. But they offer a topper if you ask for it.

the rooms are huge and very comfortable bed and theres lovely light during the day through multiple windows. the pool is very big and not too crowded we enjoyed it though could do with a few more sunshades. staff are really lovely and helpful went out of their way to assist me and my children whenever we needed something .

the over head shower wasn’t great i expected something better . and the food was disappointing on 2 occasions i was given cold eggs benedict at breakfast. also due to the sea wall there was no beach at all during the day infront of the hotel just deep sea water which is no problem for an adult but an issue for my 5 yr old kids who couldn’t swim in deep water but this might just be for the month of December.

Room, staff, room location and facilities, big pool and spa was great. Apart from my remarks below.

poor toilet rinsing pressure. load room Neighbours, Intolerable loud base sounds in room from Friday party at resort near by till 02:00. Very disappointing improper bumpy gravel road to the hotel.

A Gorgeous property with very large clean & comfortable rooms. The restaurant was beautiful overlooking the sea!! The staff were very attentive!! Couldn’t fault anything about my stay!

The road to the property needs filling in. The pot holes were very bad. We hired a bike and it was hard to ride down it especially after it rained and flooded.

Lovely views, lovely pool and great food on the restaurant! Staff exceptional

Cushions on beds around pool and in the swim up pools were smelly and mouldy. Pool bar shut too early and Friday nights are so noisey from the rave at the resort next door which went on until 6am! Maybe supply some ear plugs!
