I am glad I chose this hotel for my stay here. It turned out to be one of the best in Surin. The best thing about this hotel for me is the location. Conveniently located next to the bus station and train station, It offers a direct pick up/drop off service from Buri Ram airport at a very reasonable price (400 THB). The room was very clean. The hotel is not state of the art but still has all the facilities including a large pool, gym etc. Hot running water around the clock. Breakfast was good, there was a buffet with some Thai dishes and a normal English breakfast. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, whether at reception or in the restaurant. You can also rent a bike at the hotel for a reasonable price. Overall very happy with the experience. I will definitely choose the Surin Majestic Hotel on my next trip to Surin.

Rooms were decent size. Beds comfortable. 2 water bottles per occupant, coffee and tea provided. Also toilet paper always kept plentiful (and I say this because at one hotel had to keep going to desk and pleaded for more) Very quiet throughout. Breakfast was small buffet, but adequate and included bacon which I found generally lacking in most hotels I have been in. Also had a cook to order egg station Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. Very very large and inviting swimming pool too.

If there was anything I could say negativly would be that the pool was open until 8pm but had no lights in the pool and the outside lighting was very very dim. .almost like swimming in the dark. We did not go at night for that reason. Also the air-conditioner was excellent at cooling, but very very loud.

Their payment machine would not accept my card on arrival ended up using my cash The shower, impossible to get warm water, it was extremely hot or cold you only had to turn it 1mm and it would be too hot or turn it back 1mm and it was too cold

The hotel and staff was amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, kind, and very welcoming. Check in was quick and trouble fee. The room was super clean, air conditioning was cold, the show/tube water was hot, breakfast tasty, balcony was great, and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and extended on additional day. A womderful hotel that is customer friendly and that prides itself on quality-customer service.

very central location right next to the bus station, small lake to stroll around and convenience stores as well as restaurants nearby. very friendly staff and extremely good value! we have stayed here a few times already, whenever we visit family in Surin, this is our go-to place.

We booked a room where breakfast was not included so we paid extra. however, in comparison to the last time we went there (pre-covid), where the breakfast buffet was big and delicious, unfortunately, this time it was very small and not that great. But I understand that there are fewer guests at the moment and they had to strip it down.

Breakfast was one of the best I have had staying in Thailand. Good choice from the menu , or the normal style buffet. I ordered the salmon with eggs from the menu. Easy check in. The hotel staff spoke very good English. We arrived before mid-day and our rooms were ready. Clean rooms, clean bathroom. Furniture in a bit tired ( normal for Thailand ) Bed was comfi. Good soft pillows. Nice big clean outdoor pool, fresh towels to use at the pool.

Hot water in my room was Luke warm , ( my friends had hot from their shower.)

The location is great, main bus terminal right outside the hotel short walk into the town and restaurants. They have a shuttle service to buri ram airport takes about 45 minutes very nice swimming pool great breakfast option and very good friendly helpful staff.

Rooms are a little dated, lacking a security safe, and lighting being dull, making it hard to read. Bathroom featured a shower over a cumbersome bath. This requires a certain level of fitness and dexterity to step into and out of the shower.
