I have travelled for work so I didn't explore much in the hotel but the bed is comfortable and the room very big. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. Easy to reach, close to historical places. Also the decoration of the hotel is nice and in agreement with the location. The pool was nice although I couldn't use it because no time.

There were no power outlet close to the night table in my room, I had 2 mts long cable I could charge my phone beside me for the wake up call. Bring long charging cables. The room service menu is dull although the quality is good.

Room was well equipped (with ironing machine and board) , clean, good furniture, and spacious. Room cleaning service was very good. Breakfast was good. With good varieties and fresh types of local breads, and of course you can order eggs. The service in the restaurant is very good. The restaurant is big and spacious. Check in and check out were easy and the staff in the hotel are friendly, helpful, and professional. There are more than one restaurant in the hotel. I tried two and they were nice. I liked the Indian restaurant more. The WiFi was good. I general, I liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay.

the most uncomfortable thing about this trip was the noise all day because of new constructions in the hotel, and I think that is not good for the hotel reputation in the middle of the season

Breakfast could have more varieties Noisy maintenance work that extends for hours during the day. Was hard to take a nap in the afternoon.

I liked the cuisine. The breakfasts were simply awesome.

A bit shabby and the room I stayed in had a very poor view tough when offering the room choice it said that it had a see and pool view. Please also add some good coffee to your wonderful breakfast.

I very large hotel complex with various amenities. Easy check-in, room and bathroom fine. Internet good quality. Buffet has many choices for each taste. Despite Ramadam, there were no "inconveniences".

Indoor pool and hammam still being refurbished (should have been mentioned on the booking site). Orders taken (bar, restaurant, shisha lounge) could not be charged on the room, had to be paid cash or by card.

The place was very nice, quiet and clean, very beautiful decoration, friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool & terrace, restaurants - everything was excellent

Swimming pool inside was not working (yet it was not the season to swim outside), the place is rather isolated, so to go anywhere one needs a taxi, but rates applicable have been per definition higher - amid the expensive hotel.

Rooms were fantastic. Staff and food was second to none.

Unfortunately the spa and indoor pool were either not fully functional or not available. It will just take time and the outdoor pools are wonderful in the summer months.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel was big so it didn't feel crowded. The breakfast was also good and variant. The staff were very kind and helpful.

There were no spa but had massage which was good There was drilling which was a bit noisy as work was going on One of the sun umbrella was broken do had to find another working one and my mother was not impressed Overall the facilities at the pool was good
