The room was amazing, comfortable bed, GREAT wifi, friendly and very helpful staff —> gave us an upgrade and were very gentle with the late checkout once our flight got canceled. Pool also great!

If you want to be a 10 minute distance from the medina, this is not place. Nevertheless, we found good restaurants and coffee options in the hotel neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The receptionists were very attentive, especially the girl who works the night shift; she is extremely kind. We loved the hotel's amenities, including the pool, spa, gym, and laundry service. Additionally, the location close to the Medina and Old Town was a great bonus.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bed was poorly made and lacked fitted sheets. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned. The shower had grime, and it should be cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast, although it offered many options, felt like there was an abundance of everything but without any coherence, and the quality was low.

The photos of this hotel totally matched the reality. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Complimentary coffee and tea was a very nice gesture. The hotel is quite close to the city center, even though the district does not seem very safe we felt quite safe. If you are a light sleeper, I would advice to bring earplugs - it faces quite a busy street which is noisy even during the night.

The staff was not very responsive to our requests. We had to wait several hours for something which was agreed with the hotel very much in advance. Cleaning staff took the dirty towels away but forgot to leave the new ones (not a big deal though, we went to the reception and asked for them). The AC did not below 26 degrees which is was way too hot, especially for sleeping.

Great room, great Tunisian breakfast, but best of all were the staff, especially the reception staff. They were super helpful, informative, friendly and kind. They made my stay memorable. Merci.

French Management policies: small annoyances, like no milk or whitener for tea and coffee; a free bottle of water only on the first day (the local water must be avoided), and the practice of removing used towels at 9am but only replacing them around 5pm. So no showers during the day. Weird. These are not the indicators of a luxury hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in 2 connected rooms. In fact we enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back again. The hotel is nice, clean, well organized. There's a WiFi (although not very reliable). Our beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large. The view was into the street and parking lot, but there was no noise from outside. There's a free water and tea/coffee in the room. The location is not bad, easy walking from the center. The neighboring streets are not necessarily very nice, but all city is like this. We did not take the breakfast, there's a very nice and cheap sweet shop and cafeteria just across the street to have some local experience. There are some reviews which indicate that the bed sheets are not changed between the guests, so we carefully checked this upon arrival and they might indeed be true. Not sure why, as the towels for example get changed every day.... There's a nice ZOO nearby that is open, the botanical garden next to the hotel looks permanently closed (even for transit walk to the ZOO).

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel from arrival onwards. Staff were great, room was fantastic and exactly like the photos. Hotel facilities were wonderful and I loved the shower. I had a great stay. I'm very grateful for the staff who were always polite and patient with me even though I had a lot of questions.

To begin with I was a bit apprehensive before arrival because I tried to contact the hotel quite a few times via the in app messaging service and also on the Campanile website but I didn't get a response. I had seen a few reviews about the pool not being open until the following week but this turned out to be incorrect. I considered rating it a 9 but that wouldn't be fair considering how happy I was with the experience. For this price, I don't think another hotel has come close

Everything is perfect. Staff were excellent especially the guy in the morning shift he is very friendly and helpful.

The 9th floor is very hot even the air condition was on but the room was hot.

Breakfast was OK. Staff very friendly and told me about "BOLT" app (like UBER, but only works with cash) for super cheap taxi rides. Wish I had known about it before getting ripped off by taxi driver at TUN airport. Ride should be about 10-15 Tunisian dinars and take about 15 minutes.

A/C temperature control had lowest setting of only 20C, room therefore got quite warm on 3rd night (it was raining and overcast the first 2 nights) and would be unbearable in summer. Opened window, but had to close it shortly after because of mosquitoes and loud noise from HVAC system in back of hotel.

The facilities were generally on point with the brand, as well as comfortable. The room was clean and the hotel is generally well-maintained and quite nice. I felt that I chose wisely in staying here, as I wanted a nicer hotel while visiting Tunis.

The infrastructure in Tunisia is generally not the same as you would find in Europe, so be prepared to have your room be warmer than is ideal during the summer. However, the air conditioning did work, and was able to be partly controlled in the room as well. Opening the window at night also did alot to make the room cooler, as it opens wide, and the nights do cool things off quite nicely here too.
