Great! thanks for the hospitality, all the staff at the reception were super attentive and extremely helpful especially both the young gentlemen. The location is fine and close to all major attractions and necessary nearby services. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy even the breakfast options were good value. Highly recommend a stay in this hotel if you're passing by Tunis, especially given it's near the aeroport and allows for all travelers to skip the pre-stress flight process.

Nothing, the hotel even accomodates all visitors with gifts at departures .

All staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. I like the fact that there was a little message in the bathroom that ask guests to put their towels in bath tub if they want it replaced, and on the rails if they want to reuse. And the hot water and everything else we need was more than enough, Finally a good bath for us after hotel to hotel, it was relieved that Belvedere facilitated everything we needed. There is always staff standing in the door and hallway that will great you guide where to park your car and where to check in.

Some guests preferred to carry their own backpacks if not heavy or too much. And not all couple that checking in are there for sex.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff are so warm and friendly from the security at the door to receptionist to the bagage handlers to the cleaning ladies. My husband and I enjoyed our time here, we were waited on hand and foot. All of the staff were eager to answer our questions and help. The room we had was great and the breakfast was a feast not just a continental breakfast like other hotels. Reception even gave me a cute parting gift which was a wonderful surprise. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was the most friendly and helpful that I have ever experienced. The first morning I didn't want full breakfast, so I ordered a sandwich. The sandwich, with French fries and olives, turned out to be a full meal that lasted me the whole day.

I didn't like the smell of cigarettes in the bar, but that seems to be in the culture, so who am I to complain. Because of not wanting to sit in the bar, I discovered that I could have my drinks in the terrace on the 8th floor, nice and quiet with good view and the sun shining on my face. So even the only thing I didn't like caused me to discover a thing that I liked very much.

Tasty breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice every day. Clean rooms. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The receptionist checks up on you every day and gives the best advice for must see places and restaurants. Nice rooftop view in the hotel. View over huge park Belvedere and a beautiful artmuseum. Hotel is situated at 25 min walkingdistance to the center and it is a nice through avenue de Paris. Hotel is also on a 4 min walking distance from a very nice restaurant called ' la cloche d'or'. They serve typical Tunesian food, there is alcohol and the setting is cosy! The old market MEDINA is also on a walking distance of half an hour ( rooftop view ' les You can take the taxi ( donwload BOLT app) and go to the lovely SIDI BOU SAID ( = santorini :D) in about 30 min by car and it is cheap. Also interesting to visit the archeological site of cartago since it is close to Sidi bou said.

The personnel is very attentive, and really do their best to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible.

The streets around the hotel are very busy in the morning. No complaints about the sound of the traffic, only takes some time to get out of Tunis on busy times.

it took a little to get an answer to our request for Italy. Apart from this, everything has been perfectly handled.

I think I found the perfect hotel. I found my transfer ready at the airport, I checked in sipping their marvellous lemonade, in the modern, spotless and quiet room I found a complimentary water bottle and a fruit basket (dates are so delicious!), breakfast choice and quality is amazing, when I told them about a led lamp, they changed it immediately, and everything was perfect till the last day. I loved to find my pyjamas arranged as a butterfly on the bed. At the check out they organized a transfer to the airport and they noticed I left behind my cable. They even left me a little gift, souvenir of a perfect stay. Staff was impeccable at any time, I am really amazed with their professionality and kindness. Receptionists were really helpful. This hotel and especially its wonderful staff will make me visit Tunis again, probably in winter when climate is so mild.

Good hotel, good atmosphere, decent location, clean spacious room, great bed, nice shower pressure. Internet was working flawlessly. Hotel staff were very nice and professional, and are multilingual aswell, was allowed to check in two hours earlier, they also gave me a gift on departure, unfortunately I did not have space for it in my luggage. But it was a nice gesture. Would I come back some other time? Absolutely.

Only reason I can not give it top character is the soundproofing, it should be better at a 4 star hotel, I could hear any small noise from the hall and from other rooms. Putting that aside it was a very comfortable stay.
