My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. Due to the nature of being a tourist destination, beach parties can go on until late at night, with loud music playing. However, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent, so closing them ensures a peaceful night's sleep without much disturbance. This place is generally smoker-friendly, allowing smokers to freely smoke anywhere. It would be notable that smoking is common throughout the hotel facilities. However, considering that this area is known for its windy conditions, prolonged exposure to cigarette smoke is not a significant concern.

This is a spectacular hotel, the gardens are a work of art and the whole place is immaculately clean. Service is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. Our room was a twin bed comfort room and the beds were very comfortable and a good size. We ate one night at the Miso Seafood restaurant which I would recommend. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride into Alacati (not really possible to walk) which is beautiful and has lots of nice restaurants and shops. We never had a problem getting a taxi and the trip was about 6 euros each way. The gym was well-equipped and spacious. We had an excellent massage in the spa too. The photos do not do Biblos justice.

It would have been nice to have a more laid-back dining option at lunch serving sandwiches/salads. You can get snacks (chips, nachos etc) from the poolside/beach menu or visit one of the smart restaurants - something in between the two would have been good for us.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Biblos from the moment our shuttle arrived to collect us from the airport till the end of our stay. Biblos is the perfect luxury lifestyle resort for couples or families. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated with all the necessary essentials and more. The staff are very professional and friendly and look after your requirements and your comfort. Guests have dedicated personnel that look after you during your stay. The restaurants on the resort are all very good. Buffet breakfast is lovely with something for all probably the best buffet I have seen. Our kids loved going to the Kids Club every day. The staff are warm and friendly, a safe and beautiful space to play and meet new friends. Biblos Spa is a world class facility. Definitely worth the experience.

We wanted to see a few different room alternatives that caught our attention during check-in. They were all beautiful and had different features. There is a big world in nature here. The room given to us was right on the ground floor. It was very easy for us to leave the room and go to the beach or restaurant. My wife really liked the brands of products used in the room. It is a very good feature that the sea is a bay and is used only by the hotel. As someone who does heavy sports, I found the equipment and brands in the fitness center very successful.

Gorgeous resort, very attentive staff, best gym and spa I’ve ever seen, best massage from the wonderful Balinese girls, beautiful small private beach, water was so clear I could see little fishes swimming with me. Somehow this resort manages to be private and family friendly at the same time.

The only minus was the foods were just very mediocre despite the 3 restaurants looking stunning, I would not eat sushi here if you are a sushi lover. It takes a while when you order something at the beach, probably because they were understaffed.

Next room's balcony was on fire due to cigarette butt (as said by hotel) which was frightening. The smoke of fire was also in our room. We were lucky it was day time and we could figure it out. I'm sure the management of the hotel is so sorry, as we are, about the incident and take actions to prevent anything like that. * Smoking in the balconies should be prohibited for sure. Besides, hotel should be brave enough to split the restaurants and beach as smoking and non-smoking. Who wants to smell ash while biting a delicious cheese? * I hope somebody tell to the surf club nearby hotel that they are ruining the holiday of thousands by playing sooo loud.

The resort's facilities, like the gym, spa, and gaming room, were all well-maintained and readily available. The food was fantastic, and I highly recommend opting for the all-inclusive package as it truly pays off, providing great value and convenience. Overall, my stay at Biblos Resort Alaçatı was outstanding with no downsides. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered getaway.

Definitely the best hotel of my life. I’ve been to many places, including this category, but Biblos surprised me. Every detail here shows you that you will definitely want to come back again. Even unusual requests are executed instantly here. I have never heard that a guest is assigned a personal assistant who is in touch with you 24 hours and solves everything down to the smallest detail, special thanks to Anastasia, everything was at the highest level. Beautiful, unusual designer interior and exterior, huge bonsai, here Bali, Maldives and jungle on one territory. And you can write legends about breakfast, it’s something unimaginable. Thank you very much for these unforgettable experiences, you are not only the best in your region or country, but one of the best in the world.

**Review of Biblos Hotel** I recently stayed at the Biblos Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, private, and impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff are wonderful and kind, always greeting us warmly. SWI, the Indonesian worker, would run to ensure we had towels whenever needed. Anastasia was incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling our requests promptly and perfectly. Initially, we were not happy with our room as it was too small for four luggages, leaving no space to walk around. However, we were upgraded to a more spacious room, which greatly improved our stay. On the last day, we missed the hotel's phenomenal breakfast but were compensated with our desired breakfast items delivered to our room. Mehmet, the receptionist, was excellent. He checked us out quickly, welcomed us with a pleasant demeanor, and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of olive oil. The food at the hotel was also great. The only downside was the pricing. Everything, from the water at the pool to the food and drinks, was extremely expensive. If the prices were more reasonable, I would not hesitate to rate Biblos Hotel as a six-star establishment instead of five. Please consider adjusting the prices in your restaurant and pool menu to enhance the overall experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time at Biblos Hotel.
