Nice and cozy little apartment Hotel just 5-10 minutes walk away from Cleopatra Beach. The Hotel is generally clean and the staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean offer everything you need for life. A small kitchen is available, at least in the apartments. There is a large fridge freezer (ONE of those small minibar fridges), two electric hotplates, a sink to wash dishes and, extremely useful for families with children, a washing machine. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed and even has space for a bany bed, although it does get a bit cramped. The offer is completed by a small balcony with table and chairs where you can relax or have breakfast. Of course, every room is equipped with air conditioning. The pool in the hotel courtyard is not big but very clean. A children's pool is available. The hotel also offers a small gastronomy, from breakfast to pool snacks to dinner, all wishes are fulfilled here.

The furnishing of the apartments is a bit older and needs to be renewed, but everything worked and wasn't broken or defective. This is therefore to be seen as a small point of criticism and has no influence on the quality of the hotel itself. The biggest point of criticism is that NO breakfast is included in the room rates and this cannot be added to the booking. Half-board is generally not offered. Unfortunately, the breakfast that was purchased separately turned out to be a bit meager. Only a plate breakfast is offered, a large table breakfast is unfortunately not available. That's a shame and was very unfortunate. This is actually the only thing that should be improved as soon as possible.

This apart is a gem! Really clean and very comfortable. Staff very good. Lots of space in the apartment. Loved our stay.

1. Not perfect WiFi connection and it asks to enter password all time when you block-unblock your device. 2. The kitchen is small.

The beach is great. Very friendly staff. Everything in the room works. The room is clean. There is no smell of cigarettes.

I didn’t like the blanket and the separate mattress on the double bed.

We liked everything in this hotel during our stay. First and foremost the room and all amenities in it were absolutely clean. The hotel staff offered us apartment cleaning on a daily basis, but we didn't need it exactly. Our room was spacious with a balcony. We could seat on this balcony every day during our accommodation and enjoy Alanya view and a sea clear air. The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly. We hadn't any problem during our stay. From my point of view all employers of this hotel did their best for guests. The location of the hotel was quite good for us. We visited Cleopatra Beach every day not far from the hotel. Moreover, Alanya Intercity Bus Termianl is situated in the vicinity of this hotel. For example, you can use HAVAS bus till the Gazipasha Airport from this Bus Terminal. You can easily find a lot of grocery shops and restaurants near the hotel. WiFi service and Internet were always at the good level. We could watch Youtube videos in our room without any problems.

About this hotel there are some negative point but I can not complain about anything becuse of perfect cleaning of this hotel. Property is super clean. The Apartment was super clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting alanya We got to hotel super late, at 3 am and we didn’t wanna wait. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Took advantage of the near see location .you can walk to get dinner around. Exchange, Supermarket and all nessesary things are nearb. Cleaninh Service top notch as always.

I was not happy with double bed because actually it was not double bed. It was 2 Single bed beside each other. However it was covered by mattress Protector for double bed. I have no complain because Cover of bed was pretty super clean. Blanket were so old, but also clean the other unpleasant thing was bathroom which has no ventilator there was only a window and when you use a bathroom you should tolerate a bad smell of bathroom long hours they can easily make bathroom ventilator beside the window

It's a second time staying in this hotel. The flat has bathroom, balcony, fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, small refrigerator, TV, air conditioner and heating. Hotel has a small restaurant and a seasonal outdoor pool. Rooms are cleaned daily. Centrally located. Beaches, restaurants, stores, banks and bus station are within a walking distance. Very affordable price. Staff are friendly and attentive. My special thanks for receptionist Natalia who responded to all inquiries quickly and professionally. Strongly recommend this hotel for short and longer stays. I definitely will come back next year.

Nothing to dislike

We stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years. Excellent location (5 mins to the Cleopatra beach), everything you need for a long stay. It's a calm neighborhood. The staff is nice and can assist you for anything. Many good restaurants around. We enjoyed eating at my balıkçım, a fish and seafood restaurant or if you want something more high-end and romantic, you can try "Panorama" next to Red Tower for a scenic view during the sunset. Less than 5 mins to reach the closest grocery stores. You can access the city center easily by walk or you can rent a bike at a local bike store close to the hotel (Alanya bike shop şeker bisiklet service, 5 mins or so from the hotel) to explore the city and the promenade. It was only a few € per day for 2 people. It's possible to store your rented bikes at the hotel in a dedicated closed space at the entrance. Ask the reception. You can also take the bus (there are many bus stops around the hotel) and pay directly with your credit card (contactless). The current rate is around 0.60€ per ride. No need to take a taxi in most cases. Overall, it's an excellent value and if I ever come back, I will stay there another time.

Clean comfortable room close to everything, but in a quiet area. Staff were fantastic. Easy parking, WiFi worked well. Good value for money considering I booked it relatively last minute as a change from another hotel.

A little noise could be heard from the corridor but nothing major as there was a slight gap under the door.

Excellent hospitality for a reasonable price. Thank you very much for checking-in at 5 am. The pool was sunny and, hence, the water was warm enough. A very good shower in the room, always hot with good water pressure - and we know that is not a common thing in the region. AC works fine, kitchen utensils are minimal yet functional. The staff was very friendly.

Very dim lights, had to have dinner with a phone flashlight sometimes.
