Pretty good place to stay longer term with family or to work and also for short vacation for people who like to cook themselves (at least the apartment I got had everything for that) - it is pretty massive old school building, not. fancy new one but very stable and high quality. All things worked pretty much and felt like home and old good western style of 80-90s which I like. If you need something super modern and fancy - don't pick it and complain. Also if you get used to misuse the planet with every day cleaning and changing towels and leaner - not your choice ether. If you are like me and like to be left alone until you ask for the service - it is your place. And this is really cool place with awesome stuff. They will do everything for you - you just need to ask and be a good citizen of the world ))

The hotel was good value for money. It was very affordable so I didn't expect a lot from it. Our room was clean and big enough for our group with 5 people, which was good. The pool area was lovely and I will say that the hotel staff was the best part about this hotel! Everyone working at the hotel were so kind and helpful. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but if you want something affordable this is as good as it gets. 😊

I would have liked that there would have been cleaning every couple of days, and that the sofa would have been ready made before our arrival since one of us was sleeping on it. The fridge didn't stay closed for some reason.

Hello, I want to tell you about this apart complex, the location is in the center of Alanya, shops and pharmacies are within walking distance, the bed is great, there are kitchen utensils for cooking, there is a kettle and a good hairdryer in the bathroom, despite its low price, this hotel provides more comfort than other hotels with a higher price. The payment was immediately debited from my card and thus I did not pay extra money for non-cash payment, other hotels asked for a commission of 130 lira for a non-cash transaction. The girl at the reception is a very beautiful Turkish woman, I had to give her flowers for her care of the guests.

since i stayed in the hotel in winter time the living room was a bit cold, i think the hotel should take care of the guests in winter time and add some heater. but it is not a minus the living room is huge i liked it very much.

The location near to the beach , the swimming pool and the size of the apartment were great.

The air conditioning was only average , it was over hot and it could not keep up with the temperature.

I'm very pleased. Nothing to complain about. I will definitely come back here. If you want a mini kitchen, central location, WiFi, balcony, for a low price, then you can safely choose Isabella Apart. Of course, everything must be seen in light of the price. This is a reasonable place. There are nice people at the reception. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is a 1-minute walk to a grocery store (A-101). You will find butchers, BIM (grocery store), Migros (grocery store), restaurants, 5 minutes' walk away. At night it is quiet. It is a quiet area. If you have high demands and expect 5 star qualities, for this low price. If you expect them to wash for more than you pay. Then you are wrong. Then it is better that you find another hotel that you can complain about.

Everything, but our room wasn't ready. Sofa was broken and electricity kept turning off. In the end, we changed our room to another one

I liked the location, place is quiet, and not too far from the beach. It’s cheaper than other hotels, especially in hot season. The room was clean. The only issue they don’t provide any toiletries, and don’t clean your room unless you ask. They say they are not allowed to enter the room without permission. They have a small kitchen, and tools to cook. The pool is great. It was clean, and open from early morning to midnight. The staff is polite and ready to help.

The only thing I didn’t like is a weak wifi which disconnects from time to time.

Good appart, quait central place, so interesting and beautiful window (old construction, but all is clean and working good), really hot water and good bathroom, kitchen in number, balcon and garden. Condition. (Maybe at winter it will be a little bit cool, because a lot of windows, but it's only my suggestions). Thank you for waiting for me with my night check out!

It was perfect for me. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful. My air con broke and within half hour of reporting it they changed the whole thing. The room was large with plenty of space. Only thing I would say is it wasn't clean when I arrived but I'm not one to complain so I went to shop brought some bleach and cleaned it and it stayed that way as I said I didn't want room cleaned during stay . I'm 100% sure if I said something it would have been done. The police and bar area is nice . The location is perfect and within 10 mins walking distance from everything inc beach. If your looking for something for nothing which I hate to say it most people are then don't come but I'm happily pleased and loved my stay here. I am already booked for next year for a month.Thankyou Hotel Isabella for a lovely and enjoyable stay I will see you next year.
