All the staff including the cleaner are friendly. The room and bed are comfortable, the toilet is generally clean, but improvement needed especially on the shower screen and the corner of the screen. There many eateries around the corner within 5 mins walk, there are a lot more eateries, cafes, retails, parks within 15 to 20 mins walk. Overall, the location is a convenient one. It takes you about 12 to 15 mins by cab with reasonable fares to few attractions (e.g. Rahim M Koc. Museum) including the Ankara YHT station

The excellent location, the friendly and professional staff, the cozy rooms and nice interiors make Elit Palas one of the best choices for a short, budget-friendly stay in the Tunali/Kennedy area.

The wi-fi needs sign-in and I needed the always helpful and available assistance of the staff many times to make it work. Not the hotel's fault but connecting to the internet is a primary need that should not encounter such difficulties.

This property is quite old and a bit run down but that just adds to its appeal. The rooms are spacious and have big windows. But the best part of this hotel is the staff - I have never seen such a happy, helpful and genuinely friendly team who obviously enjoy their work and do everything to make every guest welcome and comfortable.

The bathroom was not very clean and they had forgotten to change the towels and when i realized I was already in the shower so i had to use the hand towel to dry myself 😟. Also the staff don't know much english so it was very hard to communicate.

The location was good. The room and the beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The sound isolation was not that good as we could even hear the people's talking from the next room. That was a bit annoying. As for the bathroom, it may be a good idea to renovate the bath tube and the protection glasses.....

The hotel is closed to the restaurants/cafe and supermarket. You dont have to worry where to eat because the place is surrounded by various cuisines and its so safe. Police are everywhere. You can walk at night without to worry. The hotel is clean and huge room.

The hair dryer was malfunctioning. Its stopped after like 10 seconds then rest then working again. On and on.

Breakfast was good Hotel staff are polite and friendly The hotel's location is very good and near restaurants , embassies , medical centers and parks The hotel has a good lobby and relaxing place I had a good experience.

Room lights are not enough and not very light

The lighting in the room. This was a mishap i guess, but one day i had blood over my pillow, and after cleaning the room, the lady just flipped the face of the pillow. this was the first time happening.

The staff were very friendly, some of the staff didn’t speak English but they made every effort to understand us and helped us with everything. Room was spacious and had AC, bathroom was big. Breakfast was nice. We only stayed for one night and our experience was very nice.

Helpful staff good area and for my friend the Korean restaurant is just opposite the hotel .

Hotel area easy to town its walking distant alot of restaurants surrounded it will never lost went walking after midnight so far its safe area.
