The floor is a bit dirty and the kitchen is not well equipped.

The kitchen facilities. The extras they provide i.e. water, slippers, loofah, shampoo etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Semra at reception.

Need to attend to drain smell.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The suite I stayed in was amazing—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was able to do a late check-in that it allowed for more flexibility with my travel schedule. Overall, the comfort and cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The only downside of my stay was the breakfast selection. While the quality was fine, I felt that it lacked diversity and could have offered more options.

Really good location and easily walkable to parts of Ankara or to the bus or metro station. Possible to walk to some mosques and other attractions nearby. Also very close to the train station.

Can't think of anything I didn't like now. I can suggest having small clothes detergent packs for guests to be able to buy at reception. It's easy enough to buy a normal detergent from the shop, however, the bottle will never be fully used and it can be a waste. The hotel will also earn a little bit more money this way.

Nice new hotel, in a central location - 5 minutes from the metro station and bus stops on many bus lines. Central train station is 1 km away on foot. The city bus from/to the airport stops right in front of the station. The apartment is well furnished. The furniture is still in very good condition. Clean bed linen and towels. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is quite good. There are many shops and eateries around. WiFi is very good.

= It would be nice to have another chair in the room. = There is no air conditioning, or I didn't see it.

we stayed one night in this hotel before continue our journey to Istanbul. oh how i wish that i stay longer. the property was exceed my expectiation in anything. the location was good, walking distance to shopping area, food area, and to the central train station. the room was spacious, the kitchen was good with just enough equipment to do a simple cooking and the couch and the bed was super comfy. definitely will come back if i had a chance to visit ankara again.

The hotel was very good, the facilities were great and the staff was very helpful. Specially young boy Yousaf was very good he was very good in conversation. The cleaning ladies were very helpful and overall the all staff were very good. The hotel was around 12 minutes away from kizlay by walk. Thank you, Golaz Suit otel

Mattress was very comfortable, but the bed frame was making so much noise. Whenever i turned my side, it was making too much noise. i think they should try wD40 for that. Definitely, hotel rooms are not soundproof because in the next room, one lady was on the phone every day til late and very loud, and we clearly heard her. Couldn't sleep well because of that.

We made a reservation by booking.com and it was nice experience to stay in Golaz Suit Otel. The suit rooms are suitable for families with kids. There is kitchenware, dishwasher and wasching machine available in the room. The breakfast buffet is pretty full and various. The fürniture in the lobby and the garden is comfortable for coffe talks out the room. All the team is very friendly and supportive. Thank you all and see you during our next Ankara visit.

We were only there for 1 night. 3 adults. Breakfast was fine- nothing exciting but we weren’t hungry. Room size was excellent. Decent double room and lounge/kitchen with bed settee. Free parking.

The pillow on the bed settee had a stain/mark on it. We are not do precious, so just turned it over. Aircon turned itself off. The area was not the nicest, but maybe I should have checked on that before booking. Parking wasn’t the most convenient or easy to get out of. But it was free and ok.

Excellent customer service from the start of our check in, the staff in the kitchen, even it was our fault for misunderstanding of the time of breakfast, they still prepare it for us earlier than they suppose to. Thank you very much. Appreciated. And with the Reception during check out, we asked favor for printing our boarding pass, with a smile they helped us. with our driver to the airport, very polite and helpful.. Kudos to all the staff. Highly recommended.

There was a smell from the kitchen sink. Hopefully they will fix it. we only stayed for one night for sleeping.
