Very clean hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Good air conditioning. Really good reception staff ( English speaking). Great shower and well appointed room. Adequate breakfast.

Breakfast could have been better. Could be laid out better as difficult to get to some of the cheeses as they were laid out behind each other with a top cover. Last morning which was a Saturday - although breakfast is advertised from 7-10.30 at weekends. Everything was being cleared away by 10.15! As we arrived just before 10 am, there was no filtered coffee, limited bread, no eggcups. The staff did kindly fetch these items when requested but we shouldn’t really have had to ask. By 10.25 everything had been packed away!

Everything about the hotel was great. All staff were super friendly and kind and willing to help me. Also, the room condition was perfectly clean and it has a heavenly bed. My kids loved the bunk bed. Also, the spa was amazing. They provided turkish baths in the most reasonable price. In Istanbul, it is impossible to get the Turkish bath in the price. One more thing. The breakfast was served with the most fresh and good ingredients during my 20 days - stay in Turkey. My family miss this hotel!

One of the best places my family and me have been to Turkey. Good quality rooms, clean, NO smoking semll (it is rly important!), good service and so on. Young women at reception knows English good.

Parking area is in front of the hotel and it is just a pablic free parking on the street. If you come later night it might be no free places. Also got some problems to park long car (5.2 meters)

Cleanliness

The bathroom is not aired well. Every time I enter the room I needed to run the bathroom vent for at least 20 minutes to get rid of the musty odor. Also I could not find and english based international news channels like CNN or BBC. These were only minor inconveniences that I noticed and I only mention them to help the hotel management to improve their services

This is our second stay in this hotel, and it serves our purpose for the proximity of the locations we need to be at in this area. Access to the city center and other surrounding areas were efficient, even in the midst of traffic.

There is nothing we can add in this area because we liked everything.

you can hear other rooms from your room. our room had a beeping noise all night. too expensive mini bar and restaurant. too small hotel. breakfast is done on a shared restaurant that is closed in the mornings. anyone can use restaurant after lunch, which is not safe for a hotel imo.

Check in and check out was smooth. It is not a crowded hotel so there were no waiting lines. The room was spacious and comfortable and exactly as in pictures. Bed, linens and towels were good quality. Air condition worked well. Complimentary water and coffee set up were provided. Bath facilities were good. Breakfast was limited and served as a prepared plate due to Covid19 restrictions. Location is a bit off center, but the hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance to Panora shopping mall. Taxi ride to city center is approximately 15-20 minutes and costs 40-50 TL.

Restaurant staff could be a little bit better at service. I think there is no parking space reserved for hotel guests. They park your car on the side street. We gave our car to hotel vale and he hit another car while parking. There was a damage in our car bumper. Hotel manager apologized and got it repaired for free.
