The hotel is in very good location. You can walk to St PIerre’s cave church and Museum hotel. Rooms are nice and comfortable. And it’s easy to find the place. And here comes important part! Hazar who is working in reception is fantastic! He speaks English very well and I have to say that without his help my stay would never been so good. You have to know that in Antakya after earthquake you can barely use navigation for cafes, eating places etc, they are on internet but when you find them in real life they are destroyed. So, Hazar told me where I have to go to get famous desert kunrfe, and yes, you have to try it, he made order to places I wanted to visit, called taxi, called to get me kebab since I arrived at night. It’s important because very very few people speak English. I absolutely suggest this place!!!

This was a great stay. 3 nights in Antakya for my work. After the earthquake, they are trying their best. I booked a single room, but Ali at the reception upgraded me for free to a suite. It included a kitchenette, nice clean bathroom, big double bed, living room area and couch, minibar, air condition with good heating, tv in the bedroom, and very nice decorations. Daily housekeeping is offered. Free complimentary water, tea, and coffee. And the wifi was sufficient.I want to thank Ali for his excellent customer service and attention. He constantly sent me messages and replied really quickly. He asked if I needed cleaning, or anything else. His English is also excellent. This boutique hotel is on the main road near city centre. Of course, because Antakya is being re-built, it’s quite dusty, but this is the place to stay. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. Because their dining area was destroyed in the earthquake, breakfast was not available. I hope it will be rebuilt soon. Before, I also stayed at Le Reve Boutique Hotel near this hotel, and the customer service here is so much better. I would give up the breakfast for the service instead at anytime. Thank you.

The Orontes Suite room is on the first floor with balcony facing the main street. During the day, the noise of cars driving by can be heard, and some people might be sensitive to this. But at night, it’s quiet without many cars passing. If necessary, bring some earplugs. At times, the electricity gets cut, but only for a short time. This is normal in Antakya right now because of the construction. It’s not the hotel’s fault. My only suggestion for improvement in this room is to have some electric outlet near the side table, so it can also be a laptop workstation. There was no electric connection near the table, so difficult to work at the table. Sometimes, the wifi was a little slow. But overall, a great stay.

Staying in this hotel left a great impression. A beautiful Luvian historical concept and artistic style of its execution. The room is clean and tidy, all the stated amenities are available. I really enjoyed communicating with the pleasant and positive staff, who personally helped me a lot in solving difficult issues. I sincerely advise this hotel when you choosing where to live in these difficult times for Antakya.

This hotel has kept the essence of Antakya, the room was comfortable, clean and decorated with typical furniture from the region. The staff was welcoming, helpful and English speaking. Definitely, I recommend this place.

Unfortunately, the city of Antakya suffered a devastating earthquake back in 2023. The consequences are still visible, and reconstruction will take several years. Despite very few places survived to earthquake, people are trying to reasume their lives with hope and a smile, which is not always easy.

The staffs are nice and helpful. The place also very good, good location and clean. You can cook too. Wich is that very good for me, becouse i travel with my mom and she cant live without rice. Good accomodation. Im 100% recomend this accomodation. Its right in the city center if you want to see Antakya, also near to the old church, museum, and local market. And the bed was very good 😇😇

The rooms and bathroom were really spacious and comfortable.

There was a misunderstanding between booking.com and the hotel as it did not reflect the age of my son on the hosts system. I had to show proof that I booked my son as being 16 years old and not a toddler. Because of the earthquake, we could not find any restaurants nearby. Reception did offer to have food delivered to us though.

Pros: -convenient location close by main attractions (cafe/pubs/nice narrow streets for photoshoot just across the street, very close to hatay museum, museum hotel, and St. Pierre by car) -nice, clean room and hotel restaurant -very helpful and nice staff -nice breakfast -good wifi in the room

Cons: -we stayed in the room facing the street which was noisy till late nilike 1am and from early morning like 6:30am (car noise). So sleeping was not comfortable… P.S. To our bad luck :), there was a French guest who was extremely RACIST to Syrians and she thought i was Syrian and made a huuuuuuge and unnecessary drama to an extreme extend. it was a pity to come cross with such a racist and islam/arab-phobic person in my very own town, Hatay. So sad… But hotel has nothing to do with it. And Hatay locals do/will always welcome any background/ nationalities gladly and proudly. so she came to wrong city considering her lack of manners, bad/hostile/racist attitude and mindset.

Loud bar music behind hotel on a Friday night. Probably the same Saturday. The bar is not easily seen. Not the best way to stimulate tourism.

Location and hotel is perfect, staff (Kerem, Gökhan) was very friendly and helpful. They gave lots of nice suggestions for our visit. Breakfast was delicious, composed of local food. Must visit: Hatay Archeology Museum. Also many other places, activities in the city and around, such as local bazaar 'Uzun Çarşı', last Armenian village 'Vakıflı', one of the first Christian churches 'st Pierre', Arsuz beach etc

There was no breakfast, the reason was that their breafast room was damaged and they are still rebilding it.Hopefully, it will be available soon.
