I’ve stayed in many hotels in Antalya and this one is superb for the price, location and service you get it’s really remarkable as a guest I felt very comfortable and happy. You arrive to a Warm welcome as you enter. Clean open space nicely decorated and fresh. Bedrooms comfortable stylish and very well cleaned. The cleaners are very good actually and they do a deep clean of the room when they make your beds daily which is a nice touch. They hoover the room clean surfaces and fill shower and toilets they do it all very hard working ladies. It Comes with a lovely little functional gym and space to work out which is good during the day. Loads of lounge sitting areas in the evening to relax which is a great touch. The Food and drinks are good and in the evenings you can go to the bar and get coffee or snacks or drinks as they have a good selection for sale to save you going to nearby shops. WiFi is good most of the time drops off now and again but wasn’t an issue. The girls on reception are always smiling and very pleasant and very helpful if you need anything along with the managers and Ahmed is a nice guy and Mustafa who’s on most evenings. Feels like a family run place there and the owners in my eyes have done a nice job of the place.

I Can’t really say there was much I didn’t like my experience was very good. The staff go above and beyond to help you out. There was a Good selection of dumbbells in the gym but ideally having a few slightly heavier ones to choose from would be nice like 12kg or 14kg but honestly nothing to complain about as the gym was like new. More sockets in bedroom would be nice touch.

The staff made my stay at this hotel very pleasant. The cleaning staff in particular, were very diligent an keeping the interior well kept. It is not a brand new place, so there was usually a tradesman fixing up or painting some area. There was a big storm lasting several hours and water was leaking into the room as it was directly under the roof at a dormer widow, so the management moved me to a better room for the same price. There is a safe in the room.

The rooms are not so big, even for a double bed, two singles together, so there was not too much room to manouvre. However, there is plenty of storage space and the bathroom is well designed. Breakfast was sufficient, but varied little from day to day, there could have been more fruit on offer and better coffee.

The nice staff, especially the lady with the blonde hair, the receptionist. A very nice and welcoming lady. The room is quite big. One the biggest in antalya and super comfortable. The room was cleaned daily with a smile from the nice cleaning ladies who made sure they refilled the water and kept a new set of slippers daily. The AC was super cold too. My stay was enjoyable that I ended up extending my stay for one more day and when I put the pay later option the same night, I was not hassled. I comfortably paid the next day. The bathroom was nice, clean with an ample sized shower and had hot water and the toiletries were replaced daily.

The only concern was the breakfast although mine was a free breakfast included but maybe a bit of variety can be added in the future or maybe it's because I was one of the last people to come down for breakfast daily.

My room was room 211 on the last floor of the hotel. First, I made a one-night reservation, then extended my stay at the hotel and stayed for 3 nights in total. Room cleanliness was very important to me and this hotel got a passing grade from me in terms of cleanliness. I would also like to thank Elif and Eylül from the reception, they are very attentive and friendly.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the hotel's exterior, there were some pieces of paper on the street.

The hotel is really nice and the staff super friendly! We had one member talking Portuguese with us and going the extra mile, which he didn't have to and we so appreciate it. The breakfast is good, with good options and the rooms are nice and elegant. The shower is amazing!

The room smelled a bit of tabacoo, which happens in a lot of hotels around Turkey (from my experience). As a non smoker, this affects me a bit. Also, the area in the hotel when you leave the room is really hot sometimes. Would be nice to have some AC, even for the staff working there.

The hotel is great value for money. Breakfast is excellent and you get a variety of menu Every other day. I loved the pancakes and their potato wedges the most. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The location is great just a 5 mins straight walk to Old town Kaleici which is the heart of Antalya.

The hotel was like a second home as staff made our stay as comfortable as possible and catered for all our needs. I stayed for a whole week, Kulshan (Rose Heart) was at the front desk to always help out particularly through a few difficulties I had with a sales person from outside. Staff will immediately arrange for a taxi when needed . There is a strong culture of cleaning so we were always in a fresh room and provided with plenty of towels and accessories. Location is fantastic as shops/Old Town/ tram stops/ bus stops/ Marina and amazing sites all walking distance. Loved the bakeries round the corner and restaurants. Lara and Konyaalti beach are a taxi drive away . I really recommend this hotel , has a welcoming atmosphere altogether. Thankyou to all the staff who made our stay great.

Hotel is located in a good area with 8 mins walk to Mark antalya mall and the markets and restaurants are few minutes away , the staff were good and helpful, the hotel is very clean the rooms are superb and big , i definitely recommend

On time we sent our little daughter to buy a twix from the hotel bar but the charged her extra money for no reason even though they have a price list the next day we asked then about it but they all denied charging the extra money any way all other thing were excellent

My recent stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The amenities, while basic, met my needs adequately. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, but the surroundings could be better.

A very good location near the old city, free parking if you have a car, An amazing helpful staff who welcome us and support us ,, special thanks for Ms. Eylül the receptionist .. She was very helpful and had a smiley face 😊 Also the kitchen staff was very helpful Inn addition of the multiple types of breakfast which has changed every day ..
