The property was clean and modern. I believe it is one if the new resorts in Kemer. Everything was very well designed and organized. The staff was super helpful and the food was amazing. Big variety and plenty of it. The food trucks for lunch was a nice touch. Fresh fruits/ freshly squeezed juices and vegetables everyday; the seafood and meats prepared in front of you and delicious! We travelled with our family and had three different rooms: deluxe terrace, deluxe suite with a terrace and a family duplex. We were very satisfied with our arrangements and rooms amenities, plenty of space for everybody.

The a/c was broken in one of our rooms and it took over two days to fix it.

The staff was great! Special thanks to Miss Çiçek working at lobby bar and Barista gentleman, I think he is called Berkehan :) The concept with small street food trucks was really nice but the food content should be developed further for vegetarians e.g. there was no veggie burgers e.g maybe it could be made of soy meat. The beach was very cool, really like that we could use special beach towels!!

There were no food tags about vegetarian, lakto-ovo vegetarian or vegan. You do not know if a dish includes meat or gele for desserts since most of gele is made of animal-based content like ox gelatine. I also would like to see oat, soya and similar milk options for coffee.

I noticed staff worked restlessly to accommodate the guests. Emrah from the public bar was courteous.

Not Having enough sun lounges as it was always taking by the guests early in the morning. It caused a lot of stress and waste of time. Something must be done like set hard rules.

Great food and cleaning service. Nice personal, trying to help eventhough not all speaking English.

The hotel was sometimes too noisy. We could hear the guests drinking on the teracce close to the lobby until 4am in the morning.

the food trucks was the highlight. the staff, the food was amazing. lots of things to do around the resort such as water sports, lay by the pool and the beach. daily shows and music. lots of bars to choose from and everything was cleaned in rooms daily.

not all staff spoke English so communicating at times was a little difficult. we pre-planned an early check in with the hotel but when we arrived the room wasn’t ready for hours.

Almost all was good, variety of food was impressive and everything was delicious, during all day and night you can find something, so for sure you will never be hungry. Hotel design is also nice. The sea is amazing and there's a beautiful mountain view..

The hotel was really crowded at that time, was hard to find good (free) sunbeds on the beach in the morning or by the pool all day)) I mean if you are not an early bird) Also I noticed that not all of the barmen make good cocktails.. And during the evening show it took long time to order something, again because it was crowded..

We had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Kemer. The clean beach, inviting swimming pool and delicious food made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect seaside getaway. I want to give a special shout-out to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to servers Hasret and Emirkan, as well as housemaid Seda, for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly kind and attentive to our baby, and their efforts made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for your outstanding service and genuine care.

Hotel needs to fix shower issue for improved comfort and convenience during stay. Although it didn't affect our overall experience.

However, I must commend one of the attentive team members who, after understanding my concerns, promptly resolved the issue and arranged for a room that met my initial reservation request. Accommodations: Once I settled into my proper room, I was thoroughly impressed. The spacious and comfortable king-size room offered breathtaking views of the sea, which made for a spectacular backdrop throughout my stay. The room's cleanliness and modern amenities were top-notch. Dining: The resort's dining options were diverse and delectable, catering to various culinary preferences. From breakfast buffets to themed dinners, the quality and presentation of the food were consistently outstanding. Activities: DoubleTree Resort offered an array of activities and entertainment options, ensuring that there was never a dull moment during my stay. I enjoyed everything from lounging by the pool to engaging in water sports, and the evening entertainment added an extra layer of enjoyment. Service: Apart from the initial reservation hiccup, the service provided by the resort staff was exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Overall, DoubleTree Resort provided a fantastic backdrop for a rejuvenating vacation. While I did encounter a minor challenge initially, the swift resolution by the staff exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Lots of areas to chill and spend time, 4-5 bars/pubs, a coffee place, ice cream spot, great dining area that doesn’t feel like a canteen, and even a food court with food trucks. Comfortable food that is familiar to anyone. The staff is super friendly but not annoying. The hotel has a small gym and a few other facilities including a shop with all the necessary small things. The pool has a pair of slides and a bunch of areas for sunbathing. Live music (different genres) everyday that wraps up around 10.30pm. Take the pool side for a better view if you’re on lower floors.

We stayed in the end of April and the pool was still quite cold to spend time in the water. This was literally the only thing. Note that spa and massage are paid separately.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good.

The excessive charge for the a la carte restaurants. 30 euros per person on top of what we had paid for the hotel was far too much.
