Lovely location, nice and very well maintained hotel. Food was delicious. The restaurant is definitely one of the biggest pros of this hotel - lots of variations, I even fed my 1 year old there, there were lots of options for small kids. Kids club really does its job - my boys had lots of fun. Special thanks to Miss Me 8kgnsure. Playground was amazing too. Housekeeping was great. I would love to come back next year.

Reception staff - I spent 4 days calling and approaching them in person asking to send someone pick up my swimsuit that fell over the balcony on the roof (I saw a guy coming to do it from time to time). Every time they were saying that they sent someone but I had to leave without it. 4 days!!! This is ridiculous guys

Rooms cleaned daily, very clean everywhere actually unlike the comments suggested in the reviews. Great sea and mountain views. Lots to do in the hotel. Looks like its going through a rebrand phase, but for better good.

Reception staff are a bit selfish, making deals with taxi drivers to charge you 100-200 lira on top of the meter charge. Coffee machines are a bit slow, and Russians getting prioritised over anything. Minibar never refilled.

The food was excellent - tasty, diverse, abundant, really fantastic. The spa is a nice typical hammam experience with a friendly reception and excellent massage staff.

Cleanliness is to be improved and the main reception staff could have been more responsive and helpful.

The location is good with a big area. Good variety of food! Helpful receptionist Ebru.

It was obvious that there is not enough staff (housekeeping especially). The lockers room in the Spa was bad.

Great location, facilities. Very friendly stuff, great spa. Good food. The hotel was fully booked but we did not felt it In any way.

The housekeeping stuff did not changed even very dirty towels, just after my request. Pay your attention that there's rooms with balcony right near amphitheater and pool , in the evening till 12:00 you have disco and karaoke party . We stayed with children and it is better to be in more quiet room.

Overall we were happy with our stay at this hotel. The waitress - Mert was very friendly and kind. Laura from animation team was very outgoing and helpful as well. The beach was very nice and clean. Sea was great. Pools were nice as well.

Fitness gym is in a bad condition! The fitness gym was very dirty and poor, I guess they don't clean it at all. And the half of the gym equipments were not working and in a very bad condition. They should improve the fitness gym! In our room the toilet seat was broken and it was not comfortable. The meal could be more variable.

The location with the sea and mountains is absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, and they had lots of varieties. Special thanks to Mr. Rahim,Aslan,Nour from restaurant service for their lovely smiles and help.

The hotel needs more attention to the cleaning spots in the room toilets. It would be nice if you could add a big watch in the pools' side for timing.
