Our vacation was a success. The room had, as we requested, a wonderful view(sideview) of the sea. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere. It was cleaned daily, with clean sheets and towels. The staff do their job well, and they are happy even with just a small tip. There is a large selection of food and the drinks where ultra-allinclusive. I recomand trying the oven banked potatoes with filling, in the restaurant called Oliva. Here on every lunch they grill chicken, fish and sheep, on a pleasant terrace near the sea.

Although children have 3 seperate pools just for them, they are allowed to enter in the adult pool.

Your Front desk people in the lobby need to be little bit more helpful, Friendly and caring With the room Options And attitude Your food quality could be better And your customers service could be more personable and engaging

Hotel was nice and hotel staff was pleasant , variety of delicious food , entertainment, restaurants, good massage at hotels SPA, good beach, warm sea. Everything that you need is near.

Medical service is not good enough. Nurses at the hotel (from Anatolia hospital) doesn't speak English, only Turkish ,Google translate is not enough to understand each other especially in emergency situations. we had to contact several times. the first time we were told to pay even though we had insurance but they demanded payment. Anatolia hospital told that our insurance doesn't cooperate with them and that was lie. although the second time I was able to prove that our insurance company cooperates with them. very rude menegment staff at the Anatolia hospital. especially the manager, a dark-haired woman, middle-aged. it seemed that she was deliberately delaying time so as not to help us in a life-threatening situation. Cynically . I hope the hotel will improve medical service.

At the reception guy named ILKIN , BAHTIYAR they were really well trained and professional. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Thank you to the cleaner girl Zeynep. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable , also kids were enjoyed , each day different exciting shows , our holiday was an amazing holiday ever thank you so much guys 🙏

Everything was exceptional. All staff was excelent. I was so happy to have such a beatiful holiday in this resort.

Not huge, yet all you need is here. Food is fine, drinks are too.

There is a smoking area everywhere! Children pool included. With the lovely company of smokers you and your children are in smoke all the time: pools, beach, shows. The hotel needs to improve non-smoking policy at least in some areas. The beach lane is not sandy.

The location is amazing. The staff is super friendly and kind. Food selection is very nice too. The rooms are quite modern, always very clean.

The only thing i would say the spa and the ladies working there. They are trying to push you book for massage, once they cannot they say something unpleasant in Russian (which I understood)

The service was amazing. Hotel is absolutely amazing and all inclusive. Location on beach is beautiful

It is far from main shopping strips

Room was very nice , not too big of a complex and had everything we needed

We were facing other hotels pool and sea which was lovely, but noise from there pa system was too much !
