Great location an easy stroll to town and walking distance to ferry port. Pool was nice, quite lively, big buffet for meals.

Air conditioning was useless, woke up sweating. Would have been a bigger issue if we were staying more than one night. Lots of people complaining about the same so it wasn’t just our room. Wet patch on the floor when we arrived and when moved bed to find something we’d dropped there was loads of rubbish under bed including a vape which had leaked (hence the wet patch). So obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly between guests.

Location was perfect. Staff was very good. Both pools and gym are very good.

Food was very poor. Everywhere except the pool and the gym looked dirty. WiFI was terrible.

The location was supperb, the staff were super helpful, and the food was extremely delicious.

The hotel is located near the sea and because of that at night when the party ships start to float in the harber, the music could be a little loud.

the air condition in the rooms are not good - although we were told that it is in good condition but system did not work properly cool down the room. Other thing was the beach towel service - I spent waiting for towels at the swimming pool deck (3) 45 min telling us in 5 min and 5 min but couldn’t get a towel - apparently were washing but never arrived on time, it is not blaming the guy in charge but he cannot resolved it.

The staff and facilities are lovely. Breakfast quality is fine. The pool and beach are great and the location to town is ideal.

Could have given more water in larger bottles, there is a lot of plastic waste. Also the inner facing rooms can be seen from the rooms across so there isnt much privacy.

The location is very good, near the centre of Bodrum, just a walk of 200 meters! Loved the food, it was warm and tasty with lots of deserts and icecream. Breakfast with salads, baked eggs, pancakes and fruits. Every time the waiters asked if we wanted water or something else to drink. Cocktails where also very good. Room was oke, cleaned every day with fresh towels. It is not a 5 star hotel, i give them 4 stars. Loved our stay at this hotel.

food was excellent, location is also very convenient, close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the facilities anyone might need in a vacation. Cleaning was good as well.

Very clean with big rooms most of the rooms have sea view.

The breakfast fast was not 5 stars hotels level maybe because the few number of guests!

The staff is friendly and ready to help. There is a wide variety of delicious cuisine at the restaurant. The location of the hotel is really nice because it is about only 10 min to the Old City. It is good to go for a walk in the evenings or to go for a run in the early mornings.

Gym without air-condition and is not cleaned well. The private beach is quite small - in order to have a good place you should wake up at 7 o'clock. You can't leave your towels for a whole day as there is a rule that if you are not at the beach for more that 1 hour, another person can lay on your sun bed. At the reception not everybody speaks English well.
